This thing looks like a stealth jet. It looks benign and like how do i work it? So simple & portable. You just charge, hold the button to start. Then simply select one of three speeds by the same key button. It’s so techno future and a bit heavy. When you turn it on BE READY for take off. This ain’t for the faint hearted. It is unbelievably fast and powerful. Sounds fine. It deeply penetrates your muscles about as deep as i think its safe to go. I just got done with a 15 minutes session and my body doesn’t know what hit it! It’s perfect for easy to get to areas. A little difficult to get on your back but you can-and you can have your family member do it. I recommend also having the pure Wave wand to use afterwards as it’s so soothing and can get those tougher areas because it’s a wand. It has many great heads for specific muscles and wants. This Theragun is amazing. Be careful so you use it smoothly and not let it go bop bop crazy as it’s powerful ! Buy it and enjoy. I’m a retired marine and teacher. I have daily tension headaches, both shoulder rotator cuffs :my right is shredded and the left has a complete tear. Then just the normal aches and pains. This is heaven sent from God to help and eliminate any pain pills . Buy it and enjoy. Worth every penny as super high quality!

Bought this because my sister recommended it. It’s seems a bit expensive but once I received the items it was well worth the money. Really good appearance, great percussion, and effective for deep tissue. I’m an avid runner and play a lot of sports. Really recommend this for daily use at home or on the road.

I bought this as a gift for my husband and it was perfect! It has a sleek design and is a really great size since it is meant to be handheld which makes it also easier to store away. Despite being smaller, the vibration is very strong. It also holds a really long charge.

Small gun, huge massaging quality, great value for money. Powers up quickly. Super durable. Easy to tell if need to recharge (red, blue, green). Versatility to switch between intensity is just holding down main button until it changes (power on/off, low, med, high). Definitely saved if I need to get another as a gift or just for myself!

Ive been running for over a year now and have run 5ks, 8ks and even a 15k and absolutely love it but tbh I've been awful at recovery to the point my recent race gave me runners knee (hopefully not a tear) and have suppered from shin splints and ankle pain on and off. This? Oh my god so Ive seen these everywhere on the runners side of the internet but now that Ive gotten one its literally the best. The app has so many good tutorials and even put together a routine for me. It syncs with strava to see what I'm up to as well. You can save routines you like and customize everything from intensity to duration- you can even turn off sounds or turn on breaks. The "preasure" sensor is a little iffy but within 5 minutes of using this I found major muscle problem areas I wasn't previously aware of! My calves and left quad was in so much pain even with the damper I had to turn down the intensity.

I tested this out on my back using the thumb attachment during the tutorial and it was SO relaxing I highly recommend it as less of recovery and more of a relaxing end to your workday or before bed. The bottom of my foot with the damper was also so nice.
