Works very quickly; within 20 minutes (I am speaking for myself)! My apartment is near a park; very beautiful but the POLLEN.

Easy to swallow tablet, dried up all my post nasal drip, stopped the sneezing, but it made me DROWSY. So take it when youbare sure you can rest/sleep.

I don’t have allergies but I do have issues going to sleep. I take melatonin with some success but I don’t sleep well still. Doc prescribed some Trazodone which worked pretty good but I swear it started to make me smell funky, plus I was getting major dry mouth. He told me to drop the prescription and just take Benadryl and melatonin saying that Benadryl is an “excellent sleep aid”. Started taking it and I can confirm that it works.

I switched to this brand because of the value and I have the same results. I feel like I sleep much deeper with Generic Beny than I do with just melatonin alone.
