I purchased this product in advance of foot surgery, knowing that I often need to urinate urgently and that, in the weeks after surgery, I probably wouldn’t make it to the restroom on time. The pros: soft, relatively comfortable, fragrance free, long-wearing, I never feel wet. The cons: I would say they run a little small; if you are at the top end of the sizing chart - maybe size up. Pricey, but high-value if you have the money to spend. Enormous crotch! I get that they need to be wide enough to catch plenty of urine as it comes out, but wow. Leakproof, but not spillproof; they handle even a substantial dribble like a champ, but if you can’t hold back the flood, then prepare to get wet, because neither can they.

The last case we ordered the briefs separated at the side seams as we stretch them, we had to careful not to let them seperate as we put them on. We had to throw away about 1/2 the case.
The next case the side seams were stronger and we stretch them as needed. We have purchased 9 cases, the 1 lot was a problem. Lost money because we could not use the briefs as intended.

I had originally been given xl by the facility I was in. The large fits way better. A little tight in the rear but I’m heavy. No leaks so far. The middle still absorbs well and I’m not having to cram all the extra padding in. Much more comfortable.
