Can't charge/won't turn on or doesn't light up?

1.Please fully charge the item first, or use another data cable to check again.

2.If you don't use it often, please charge it once a month.

Product wifi connection does not work?

1.If other Wi-Fi coverage area is strong, the product signal will be affected by the Wi-Fi coverage. In this case, we recommend changing the environment to try.

2. Confirm whether there are other cell phones connecting to the product WiFi, or whether the cell phone opens the permission of the App to connect to the abnormal WiFi.

App display abnormality/(lens blur/black screen)?

1.Please make sure whether your phone has the permission to open the APP to connect to the abnormal WiFi.

2. Please uninstall and reinstall to check and make sure you choose the right APP.

3.Please wipe the lens of the product with a dry towel.

Let me start by saying I use Qtips regularly, almost daily, and I am always happy with how clean my ears are(looks can be deceiving). I always thought this would be a pointless purchase even though I see plenty of videos that people have posted, which show an unbelievable amount of earwax buildup. I've just always assumed the videos were coming from people who live in humid regions where excessive ear wax is more likely to occur. Well I recently made the purchase, and I humbly admit I was wrong AF! My ears aren't clean! Well they are NOW, thanks to this thing. But turns out, I've been wasting money on Qtips! THIS thing is AWESOME! The silicone tip that covers the spoon/scoop adds plenty of cushioning to provide maximum comfort. It's even more comfortable than Qtips. Connecting your tool to your Android is super quick and easy. Just a couple of clicks within the app and you're ready to go mining for that ear gold! The amount of wax I pulled out of one ear was mind boggling. Don't take my word for it, just buy it. It's a simple instrument at an incredible price that gives you endless fun, and clean ears. No joke, my ears feel lighter and it's almost like a fresh breeze hitting you lightly on a hot day. The device is waterproof which I haven't tested yet. It's super compact and lightweight so you can take it with you when you travel. The entire kit can fit in my back pocket even with my wallet(just for reference...would not do). It arrived fully charged and ready to go out right of the box. It does come with a type C charging cable. It's just a couple inches but it does the trick which is what she said. Image quality is perfect for what it is. The light is plenty bright, but it doesnt....splay as much as I'd personally prefer. That's certainly not a point against the device since it's a personal preference. But hands down, my absolute favorite thing about it is they offer a lifetime warranty. I contacted customer service to activate the lifetime warranty and the friendly staff replied with mucho gusto and speed, responding instantly and congratulating me on becoming their "Lifetime Warranty Customer." Prestigious! So don't waste time wondering, and dont waste money on an expensive one that does the same thing. I looked at a lot of theses and couldn't see why some were close to a hundred bucks that had fewer features! No matter what might go wrong with this one, they'll replace it. I guess people want to know about adhesion. And let me tell you, ????????A1 sticky. Get yours, TODAY!

If you are considering getting this then go ahead and buy it!! It took me just a minute to get the hang of how to use it but it really is very simple. Quality made and durable. So glad we purchased this and are able to see clearly inside our ear canals.
I have always used QTips to clean my ears and thought they were spotless. I was wrong! Now I know they are clean without a doubt. The kit comes with the camera, charging cord and a bunch of extra tips. Worth the money!!

I thought it worked very well. The ease of cleaning was pretty good and took out chunks of ear wax. The size was what I expected, and the comfort was a bit weird. I had to dig into my ear to get a lot of the ear wax out, and just having to go down deep, it hurt a lot. So I would be careful if you have sensitive ears like me. For the most part the battery last pretty good. Comes with all pieces and very satisfied!

I have been wanting to order one for a long time and decided to finally make the purchase. Shipment arrived fast and on time. Setting up was easy, camera work and gives quality images, lots of accessories & lifetime warranty.
There is definitely a bit of a learning curve while getting used to operating it via the camera. Unfortunately this is just to big for my ears, I was not able to see much or get the camera past my outer ear. My husband & son had no issues so it’s definitely a me issue & my ears must be extra small, totally bummed I can’t use it but happy the guys in my family can. Customer Service is amazing & quick to answer questions!

I bought this to aid me in cleaning my ears and let me tell you, this thing is VERY nifty and is an invaluable tool to have in your hygiene cabinet. It comes with lots of extra tools to help as well, and notes on how to use everything. It also comes with several silicone tips so you can protect your ears while you're using it. The app that you need to download is very user friendly and not complicated to set up. It has a wide angle view, and 1080p camera quality to make sure you can get a good look. I highly recommend!

I've been curious and skeptical about these sort of tools for years now. I finally just ordered one because it was pretty cheap and thought it was worth a shot. Low and behold, it works great! Used this in tandem with a gun meant to shoot water into the ear at pulsing rates and they both did the job. I wouldn't have been able to do it effectively without this. The resolution is pretty darn good and makes it easy to know if there's cleaning to be done or not.
