Better than expected. The heat is really nice and the massage feels really good and pinpointed where I want it. There are three different “modes” that aren’t that different really but for the price it’s awesome. There is also 3 different speeds which is nice and you can reverse the direction of massaging.

Amazing! I just got it today and already ordered another one for a family member! Its easy to use on lower back, neck and sholders. Easy to move around. Different settings for intensity, you can change the rotation and turn heat on and off. Highly recommend! Very relaxing!!

This massager works well. I use it for my back and all I can say is I don't need to go to a masseuse anymore. There are 3 different levels of comfort. It relieves my pain, and it's quite easy to use. Comes with the power cord and a cord for your vehicle.To use hormone grides, I'd say it's a good value for my money.

I have now used this neck and back massager for a full year. Well made. Really good massage with or without heat. Relieves my neck pain and stiffness, but I also use it to pamper myself because it feels really good. I definitely recommend this product. I also bought one for my mom and she loves it too.

Im here a year later to say mine stopped working. For a while it would only work for a minute or so and keep shutting off, now it doesn’t turn on at all. When it did work it worked well and the heat was nice. Nothing appears damaged and I took good care of it so I’m disappointed it didn’t last

The moment I pulled it out of the box, I saw it had the hard balls. And I was like nope. Returning it right now. I’ve have those same type of back (seat) massagers, and they hurt! Then my husband said, at least plug it in. So I plugged it in, laid down on it awkwardly as seen in photo. And instantly was OUCH! It hurts!! I turned it off. Looked at it the photos again. And all the photos I saw. Made the machine hurt. Even on the low setting, when I tried it as seen in photo. Your weight on it, made it hurt really bad.

I decided, what if I laid side ways on the couch and lean back against it, to just enough pressure it wouldn’t hurt? I have a thin skin and bony in my spine. So I’m a thin person. So I did. And ….

Success!! It worked. My upper back and ever 5-10mins I shift it downward those my waist. And I had it on lowest pressure. And then once I got to my lower waist above my bottom. It was on highest pressure.
I had fell asleep a few times this way. And and it on lowest heat level.

Then I places it on my inner thigh and calf, switch sides and it felt great! How ever had to shift my leg a little bit so it wasn’t straight pressure on it. Or it hurt again.

I decided to try my neck again. And I wasn’t successful around the neck. Maybe you have to have a thick wider neck for it to work? But I was able to out some pillows out and shift down just enough for the massager to hit my upper shoulder and worked great.

It’s definitely not perfect. But after learning out to angle it. You can get a lot out of this. For to mention my arms felt great too. Best laying down on your side and shifting it up and down.

Definitely worst the buy. How ever each to their own.. as everybody type is different to the next. And will have to find your own way of making it work.

This contraption is phenomenal. I have degenerative disc disease in my back, arthritis in my hips, tension headaches and constantly sore psoas muscles. This thing does amazing things! I feel like I’ve been at a massage therapist after 30 minutes on this! Definitely recommend.

After receiving this product I debated telling my husband about the purchase. I experience semi-frequent lower back pain as well as stiffness in my shoulders. This thing takes the knots out and unlike with my husbands massages, I don’t have negotiate a quid pro quo beforehand. There is just the right amount of heat to help relax away any knots. I have tried all the settings but prefer the pre-programmed settings the most. It truly does feel like thumbs kneading the muscles and not just heat and vibration like some massagers.

Knocked 1 star off because it would be nice if it stayed on longer than 15 mins. And because it is a bit awkward to get the upper portion of the shoulders while sitting up.

Seems to be good quality. The cushion feels nice. Price was good. Can’t speak to performance as I have only had it about a week.
