    My hands have been hurting so bad lately and I have carpal tunnel in both wrists. This hand massager has saved my hands in a short period of time already! It’s relaxing, easy to use, is a good value for the money, has pretty decent pressure, is quiet and functions great! I definitely recommend this! Great size, fits both my hands and my husband’s. Can travel anywhere with you. Easy to use and quiet. Love it and definitely recommend it!

    I’ve been using this hand massager for a few weeks, and it’s been fantastic! It has multiple intensity levels and heat settings, which really help soothe my hand pain and tension after long days of typing. The ergonomic design is comfortable, and it fits my hands perfectly.     I picked up this hand massager for my mom, and she absolutely loves it. With the adjustable massage modes and pressure settings, she can tailor each session to exactly what she needs, which really helps her relax and relieve tension in her hands. The heat function is a standout feature, providing soothing warmth that adds to the comfort. She loves that it’s cordless and easy to use, so she can enjoy it anywhere around the house. The heat feature is a game-changer. It adds this cozy warmth that makes the experience even more soothing. She also loves that it’s cordless and super easy to use, so she can bring it with her around the house. I couldn’t resist trying it myself, and now I totally get why she’s so into it—it’s incredibly relaxing and effective!

    Update:
    After using it for a while, we realized that the heat only works on the back and middle positions, leaving the front without warmth. While it’s still a decent massager, this limitation made it less effective for us. We decided to return it and are now looking for an upgraded version with full heat coverage. If heat isn’t a top priority, it could still work well for others.

    I purchased this for my wife. She is a paralegal, and does a lot of typing throughout the day. Lately she started complaining about hand pain and fatigue. So I started a quest to find something to give her some relief.

    This little device is remarkable. She loves that it is compact and cordless. She has had it a week and says she uses it at least a few times a day. She is impressed with the amount of relief. She likes it so much she is getting one for her mother-in-law, who has a severe hand arthritis situation. I tried it and could not believe how good it felt. Now she has her coworkers lining up to borrow it.

    I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who is considering it. It really feels great, and will give relief if it is needed. It appears well thought out in design, and the build quality is not cheap looking at all. The massage action is great, and with the added warmth and a 15 minute session, you will feel so much relief.

    It's was an easy decision to rate this at 5 stars.

    I was reluctant to by this because I figured it would not work or be really cheaply made. It does work and it is solid quality. I use it often, it feels nice especially at the end of a hard day. Don't have the expectation that it will feel like a person massaging your hand. For what it does and how it works feels great. It offers a deep massage, the upper settings have some real kick to it. I don't write many reviews unless I am very impressed by the product. I can honestly say that I'm very happy with this hand massager and I would recommend this device.

    UPDATE 02/11/2025.

    I got an email from CINCOM today apologizing for our problem and offering a full refund. We declined, don't think it is their fault. We attribute our problems with hand size and condition. People with "normal" size/condition hands might not have the same problems. I added a star to my review as a result of the CS follow-up.

    Purchased for my wife's achy hands.

    Like:

    1) Good quality
    2) heat is nice

    Dislike:

    1) Compression is too strong for wife
    2) Too small for my ham sized hands.

    Not sure what size hands these are intended for, but the compression is too strong for my wife's small hands and really painful for my rather large hands. It is good quality and easy to operate. For the reasons mentioned we rarely use the device, so we wouldn't purchase it again. For people with different hand sizes(between very small and very large) it may work better.
