    It came in handy because the tiny amount that came with the box I ordered wasn't even close to being enough. 8oz is a pretty good amount too. I actually only used half for a 7x7 box.

    A friend of mine who lost an infant shortly after its birth started a foundation that reaches out to others going through similar situations. She uses shredded paper in sympathy boxes she creates for grieving mothers, and I'll give this to her for that purpose. This shredded crinkle paper is practical, functional, and fluffs well. It's of medium quality. While it doesn't feel or behave cheaply, it's also not top-of-the-line, making it entirely adequate for most uses and a good value.
