    They came in time specified and the bottles came in tack. I have only started taking about two weeks now, so I'm unable to say if it works yet, what I can say is that they are tasty and leaves no bad after taste. The colour, content and size are as stated. Melts nicely in the mouth, good quality, nice vitamin content.

    These gummies really work! I've noticed drastic hair growth all over my body, and my nails have become noticeably thicker and stronger. However, if you're someone who shaves, be prepared to shave more often, as my hair has been growing at an impressive rate. While this might be considered a downside for some, I see it as a positive reflection of how effective this product is. It's worth it for the amazing results!

    I’ve been consuming these for about a week now so I can’t speak to its effectiveness. However I did get these to help with the obvious: hair, skin, & nails. My nails grow beautifully, my main concern is skin & hair. I will update if I notice a change. These gummies are chewable without feeling like an immediate cavity with a slight citrus taste. I know pills are usually a stronger dosage than gummies but I’m hoping this will still help. The dosage says to take 2 a day.
