    This product Is very top of the line. It's top of the line in health, over all body and muscle, skin, collagen, recovery, how you feel, and in your mood from just feeling better. No taste. Easy for me to take. It's worth what you pay. You get what you pay for. Love Perfect Amino I give it 4 stars but it truly deserves more like 100 of them. My friends have started them, within less than week was doing so much and feeling amazing ( it can differ in timing for different people. ).... It has changed my life.

    I was skeptical about these given the price, but I am definitely a fan after a few weeks. If nothing else, they allow me to bridge the gap in my protein intake, and I can definitely feel lessened DOMS after pushing weight.

    I feel no side effects from these, so I guess I am fortunate compared to other reviewers, but I would not call these "easy to swallow". I swallow all of my vitamins/supplements in one gulp and I have to take these individually because they stick to the inside of my mouth. Small price to pay for the amino acid content in one serving, but "easy to swallow"... compared to what? Cinnamon? Sand? A tree branch?

    EDIT: I also came up 3 short at the end of my first bottle (I take 5 per day, and have since I began). I ordered another bottle so we'll see what happens with the next one.

    The media could not be loaded.
    Get the coated ones because these leave soo much white dust behind + you end up losing a v small bit of the product.
    Otherwise, decent product. Was really helpful when I was eating faster & not consistently having my weight in protein.

    So far I am really liking Perfect Amino! It’s challenging to get an ample protein when you’re trying to eat healthy and lift weights. It’s nice to have this option on a day I’m low or to take before I eat something lacking protein like pizza. Ha ha

    I am 52 years old and in the process of increasing workouts and losing weight. I have been jogging 4 miles a day while doing cycles of 18/6 intermittent fasting and just recently added more upper body workouts. Muscles were just depleted and I started to think I needed more days off. Muscles were more drained than painful. I eat mostly Meat eggs and vegetables and base supplements/vitamins . Started tracking protein intake and it was just too low, felt that to get recommended protein I had to eat more than I wanted to and I am focused on losing beer belly( I am stocky body type) so low calorie protein was target. So I order the tablet form and take 5 - 30 min pre workout. I wasn't sure tablets would work as well as a powder.

    I found that it did work and does give a very slight rush(caffeine?) to workout at that time. After a week my muscles are recovering a lot faster for the next day and I don't feel I need a day off from jogging but do alternate Jog/walk times. Do the base workouts in the afternoon 45 mins. I would say it did increase energy and helps to build/keep muscle. It has no real taste to worry about (tablets) and not really hard to swallow. They are about the same size as fish oil pills picture in hand with a dime. Works for my goals very well.

    I bought these because I am training hard at the gym and they have really helped my energy levels. The nice surprise is that they have helped so much with my aches and pains. I can definitely tell if I forget to take them.

    I was so excited about this product. 30g of protein in 5 pills?! Amazing. After about 5 days of using them I started to have headaches, hot flashes and heat radiating from my head. I didn’t know what it was- thought it was perimenopausal symptoms and kept taking the product. I will say it works- I noticed more muscle tone and strength in my body. I didn’t have to eat as much protein. But I don’t know why I had this reaction. It stopped two days after stopping the pills. Also in general there are side effects to taking amino acids people should look up. Hard on your kidneys and other things…..
