As someone who does not like gum, I am very grateful to find a product like this that not only freshens my breath, but supposedly kills bacteria as well. They are extremely strong, but they last long so I prefer it that way. To anyone with sensitive tongues out there, do be careful because they are very spicy and sometimes they do hurt a little because of the strength.
