I got it back in March because I wanted to roll out my feet after running. It’s also been nice for everyday use! One month ago, my dad was telling me about his foot pain (plantar fasciitis), so I told him to try mine out. He ended up loving it too! It’s helped him tremendously with his foot pain as he is constantly on his feet. I ended up giving it to him and buying myself another. It’s relatively cheap for what you’re getting and obviously very easy to use. I’ve recommended this to anyone who brings up foot pain (or wanting a foot massage) since it feels so nice to me. Fair warning, it’s not an end all solution. Taking care of your feet takes more than just rolling them out, but it definitely helps. Super easy to keep clean and it can go anywhere. When I use it in places other than my home, I put it in a ziplock baggy which gets tossed when I’m through.
