Let me start by saying that I'm 28 years old and I never had my teeth whitened or even crossed my mind in doing so, I thought they look "okay" the way they were but boyyy I was wrong. This is a review with some info of my own experience using the product & to guide you on what you might expect and maybe help you with a decision. Aight, now I want to say that this product has impressed me soo much that this might be the longest review I ever wrote and no, I have not been sponsored or paid by this company, this is just my opinion and my honest review. Anyways, Crest 3D White Strips is one of those things that you didn't know you needed but trust me, this thing it's amazing. It went beyond my expectations and it's one of those products that I'll be buying on the regular from now on. Make sure that you are consistent and follow the directions when using it. The kit comes with 20 treatments + 2 One Hour Express treatments as a bonus. So it takes 20 days for the whole process plus 2 more days if you use the bonus treatments. One treatment per day and each treatment comes with 2 "whitening strips" one for lower and one for upper teeth.
Also a little DISCLAIMER : I took pictures of the whole process and under the same lighting at around the same time of the day, I tried to take the photos with the same angle but no angle is exactly the same. Due to this some photos might look slighty different and with slighty different colors. You might also notice some slight color variations but every phone screen is different. As a reference the photos were taken on a Galaxy S22 Plus. I will also label the photos so you know which part of the process they are from. The pictures were taken as follows:

1. before starting the kit (DAY 1)
2. Half way tru the kit (DAY 10)
3. At the end of the kit (DAY 20)
4.after using the 1 Hour Express (DAY 21)
5.after using the 2nd 1 Hour Express (DAY 22)
6. And last, a picture from before starting the whole kit and a picture from the very end of the whole kit including the 2 One Hour Express.

So to clarify, I used the whole kit including the 2 bonus treatments back to back but I don't think you have to do it exactly that way; I think is better if you use the 2 bonus treatments down the line, maybe a few months after the regular kit to somehow "extent" the whitening effect..? I think that is the reason why the whitening effect is less noticeable on the 1 Hour Express photos than the regular kit photos.
Also on another note.. You might have seen on the reviews that you get sensitive teeth while using the kit, this is true but is not as bad a you think, at least for me it wasn't. In my experience I had sensitive teeth on some of the days that I used the kit but it goes away in a hour or two after each treatment. Sensitive tooth paste should help but dont let that discourage you cuz the end results are soo worth it !
Now, I want to end this review by saying that this product is worth every penny and I 100% recommend this to anyone. Also the pictures SPEAK FOR THEMSELVES ! I hope this review helps you on making a decision . SMILE life is good, have a good day ! :)

My dentist stated that over the counter products are pretty much as effective as in-office products now. My fiance and I purchase these strips and saw immediate and significant differences in the color of both of our smiles. There were so many strips provided in this packet that both of us were able to use these to the point that we were both happy with our results and still had more left over to continue to use for maintenance in the future. So even though it might feel expensive, this pack could last the two of us for at least a year.
I always thought strips didn't work well for me until I learned a VERY HELPFUL TIP:
-If these are bothering your gums, you could be applying them too high into your gum line - slide them down a little lower or use a toothpick to pull them down gently off your guns and frame your teeth better. Wait a few days until your gums heal to start wearing them again.

I absolutely LOVE this product! I was reluctant to try them for so long in fear of them not working so great. Boy, was I wrong! I noticed how white my niece's teeth were looking. I asked her what she was doing, because I honestly thought she was having her teeth professionally whitened by a dentist. To my surprise, she told me she was using Crest White Strips.
So, I finally bought them and used the strips right away! I noticed a visible difference after one use. As a smoker, my teeth were looking yellow and I was self conscious about my smile.
I couldn't believe the difference just one use made.
Now, after using them for a few weeks, my teeth are significantly whiter and brighter!! I am completely shocked and ecstatic with my results!! I smile bigger and wider these days and have won my confidence back again!!! Woo-hoo!!

These are much easier to use than the older ones. I bought these during Prime Week so cost was low. Do these work, yes. Don’t expect them to be as effective as an in office visit to your dentist, but at the price, what do you have to lose? The strips are easy to apply if you follow direction, try to keep your teeth dry as you put them on your teeth. Squeeze them around your teeth with your fingers and your tongue, covering as much of the face side of the teeth as you can. Fold the rest over your teeth and smooth out as described above. I did not have any sensitivity as using these, and my teeth felt very smooth.

I have tried many teeth whitening products and these are by far the best. I have only been using them for a week and I already noticed a huge difference in how much whiter my teeth are. I have had some sensitivity after a week, but that is with any teeth whitening I try. I just started alternating days or doing a couple days gap and no longer have issues. I do recommend before putting them on that you try to dry any excess liquid off your teeth so it is easier for them to stick to your teeth.

I got these bc my teeth were super stained from coffee and tea, and I was very self conscious of it, but literally after using just the 1 hour express ones that it comes with (it comes with 2 of them) I used one today and one 2 days ago, my teeth are GLOWING they aren't yellow anymore and they are actually white for once, I was skeptical at first but these actually work Scarily well, they do make my teeth a little more sensitive right after using and that slowly fades over the next few hours.

Go from dull to sparkling white teeth! Easy to use, wear the strips while your getting ready in the morning (or whatever your routine is). I also use the 3D toothpaste. Can use the 30-day whitening strip system every six months. The bonus 45-minute jump start strips are a bit strong, but worth it. Highly recommend.
