While both options are excellent choices, I find myself reaching for Natura Nectar’s for its good taste and high potency from the blend of different propolis. There are over 300 different beneficial compounds that have worked wonders because I never caught the dreaded stomach bug everyone else had. The best surprise was that it tasted good. I will keep a bottle in the house from now on. I am looking forward to having a winter and maybe not catching everything out there.
