Both my husband and I use it. Rollers all along and around foot bed, compression on top, heat comes from bottom. Love the adjustable levels because this massager can really dig in. Adjustment to some of the massaging points can be made by sliding your feet more inside or not as well. We usually find the lightest compression level works best because it really shiatsu kneads a little too deeply for us otherwise. Had it over a month, heat, compression, remote and massager all work fine. Depending on how high of a seat we are sitting on we sometimes will place a support to tilt it up in front. Excellent advice from previous purchasers regarding the remote and the capabilities of this foot massager.

Why After so many years????

50 years old. Work outdoors. Feet always in pain. Within the first 15 minute session. The ball of my would always hurt. Now, I can walk around like nothing is wrong. Not a miracle. But my left foot does not hurt right now. I would get a pedicure. Just for the massage of My feet. Now I am saving 120 usd a month not getting the full deal at the nail places. My feet have not felt this good for years. I know there are others out there. But this is the one I purchased. And am very happy with how I feel after using this product. They have not reached out for this review.. It was delivered on Sunday 7/27/24 at 8am. I am writing this review at 840am. If your feet hurt and you're not a big fat fatty. Get this. Bluecollar guys. This is a life saver when she's not washing your feet and taking care of you. I'm a dude,male pole,man. And I approve this message..

massages the whole foot -- but the pressure of the air compression can be tight

I have wanted a foot massager for months, and finally bought it for myself. This has heat, rollers, and air compression bags inside to squeeze the feet, or you can turn those off. It has a 15-minute or 30-minute timer--I usually do 15 minutes and turn it on again if I want more. AT first the compression was so strong that it hurt my feet, but they were hurting to begin with. After about a week it felt better. I like the rollers and wish there were a reasonably priced massager with rollers on top as well, instead of compression, but this was my compromise. I now like the compression with the rollers, but recently found out my left foot has a stress fracture, so I only massage the right foot so I don't exacerbate the pain in the left foot. I use this with a shiatsu belt massager that is supposed to be for the neck, but it hurts my neck and shoulders but is perfect on my lower back. I sit with both massagers going and I meditate. Human hads are better, but when that is not possible, these machines relieve the tired, tight muscles.

Nice but needs padding around ankles

Works fine; however, I can only do compression or kneading at one time, not both. Too painful and that’s even when both are on low. Wish there was some kind of padding around the top where ankles rest as the edge of the machine is very hard and makes it rather uncomfortable.

Good unit. It is quiet. You can hear the motor running when it is massaging, but it is not loud. Compression makes a little noise, but pretty much only when the air pressure is being released.
As others have said, start with the lowest settings. You may be uncomfortable using the highest settings right away. I typically use the massage setting by itself, then the compression setting by itself. I do have foot joint pain, so if I try to do both together, it is quite often too painful.
Massage by itself, I typically run it on the second or third setting (3 levels total). Compression alone, usually on the first or second (3 levels total). The highest compression setting is a bit much for me.
The heat works well, and will be welcome in the winter. It is too much for summer use for me.
There is no pause feature if you have to get up for a minute. You can either leave it running, or turn it off and start over with your timer (15 or 30 minutes).
It takes a little getting used to, but once you find your combinations that you like, you will most likely be happy with it.

When I first received this and used it for the first time, I almost sent it back because even on the lowest setting it painful. But in reality it was painful because my feet were so tight and cramped up. I work on my feet nonstop and this thing has been fantastic. After a long shift on my feet, I use the low settings for thirty minutes and I feel much better. It’s very easy to use, the intensity is just right and the heat temperature is perfect for soothing my aching muscles. Having something that was easy to put up and out of the way when I wasn’t using it was important. It is light enough to move around easily. The remote is like the little cherry on top so you don’t have to keep bending over to change the settings especially when you first try it out.

I got this for my husband for father's day and he love this thing. He's on his feet all day and this does a wonder on his aching feet when he gets home. He really loves the compression mode and the heat mode is a bonus. Definitely worth the buy. Bonus tip: This works with HSA cards

This thing is great I read all the reviews some good some bad
Took a chance and bought it
The reviews about the compression are correct
It is tight had to work up to the 3rd level over several uses
Actual massaging intensity is good doesn’t really get your arches but it does a good deep massage on the balls
The more weight you put in it the harder the massage is
Helpful hint sit In your recliner with feet up feels great

Kids lost the remote after the first day don’t need it buttons on top work fine
