    This massager is better than a physical therapist! Works exactly like it says it does! Gets my neck and back knots out and feels amazing! Highly recommend for people who need massages!

    I was really hesitant to try this because I don’t like the usual massage mats, pads or other “massagers” that you typically see because they don’t even really massage you, they just vibrate your back a little. I am very pleased to say that this one proved me wrong and actually works out the unbearable knots in my upper back and neck which to me, is HUGE!! Right around my neck is by far the worst, so when I have someone massage the area that this neck massager targets, you can literally HEAR the click/crunching noises from how much tension has built up in that area. It really effects my life daily because the immense amount of pain I experience. To be able to actually have this massager and not have to pay for a massage, or harass people in my life to massage my neck for relief from the horrific pain, it’s honestly life altering for me! I almost didn’t purchase because of how insane the hype was and I wasn’t sure if it was people just trying to sell this for a quick buck or something, but it is without a doubt worth the money!! I was actually shocked with how amazing it truly & effectively worked! I will say though, it is definitely for those who enjoy a deeper, more intense digging type of massage, where it hurts so good type of relief. If you’re not a person who likes an intense, deep tissue massage where you know you got a ton of knots or years of built up tension that needs to be worked out, you won’t like it.

    I also really, really love that it comes with a car adapter also so that you can bring it with you wherever you go and can even use it in the car! Especially if you’re one who travels frequently, this will really help with the aches and pains of a road trip or long travel.

    I bought the Massager as a gift for a friend, but I decided to test it out for myself first. It worked surprisingly well, especially for relieving period cramps. The heat feature adds a nice soothing touch, and the shiatsu massage feels quite effective.
    However, my friend found it too bulky and wasn’t a fan of the design, despite its effectiveness in easing neck pain. Ultimately, I ended up returning it since it was meant as a gift. That said, if I were dealing with ongoing neck issues, I’d consider getting one for myself because it definitely delivers on the pain relief front.

    I was afraid this would be to harsh and uncomfortable, as I don't
    like shiatsu type massage, was not. It did not pinch or hurt. Yes I had to maneuver it a little to get it at right spot, but really did help loosen up my tense muscles and alleviate the pain. Would recommend.

    It works well for stubborn knots in the shoulders and back.

    The heat feature is nice but I wish you could adjust the template.

    It has three modes and will change rotation on its own after awhile. There is also a button to change the rotation sooner if you want.

    I had locked my shoulders up due to bad posture and stress and it made a world of difference right away.

    However the motor in mine started losing strength after about four uses.

    It still works but is starting to slow down which is a little disappointing.

    It’s also a little bit heavy.

    The power cord is a little sort for my personal preference.

    The power adapter gets kinda warm during use.

    This was a gift, so I'm writing more or less what my father told me after using it for a few weeks. This has been great for him, as it allows him to self-massage his neck and even lower back with it, which is great, as he has constant pain from both neck and lower back. He's very happy with this gift, as it massages deeply, but you can adjust the strength yourself by how much pressure you put on it.

    For an at home massager it’s works good. Not the most amazing product but it is worth the money and does help with neck issues. Only thing is that the speed levels aren’t very different.
