How we got started
After discovering that many young people were developing bunions from wearing narrow fitting shoes to work, we quickly realized that this was a huge issue affecting both men and women.
In 2017, we set out on a mission to create awareness of the damaging effects that modern footwear was having on our feet, and to offer a practical solution.

I've only had them about a week, so my review is really preliminary. However, in just that short time, I have noticed a huge difference in the flexibility and appearance of my feet. My approach is to basically wear them throughout the day as long as I can, when shoes are not required. As of right now, I can't yet wear them with shoes, too uncomfortable. But I did try a pair of shoes again this morning and it was much more tolerable than usual, so the difference is starting to show there too.
I'm hoping to get to the point where I can keep them on when I go for a run, but baby steps and all that. I'm just happy I'm already seeing a difference.
When it comes to discomfort, one thing I learned is that you don't have to jam them way down into the bottom of your toe-space area. That actually makes them painful. I make sure the gel pads are in the center of the space between my toes (toes are still spaced...spaced is spaced), like sort of at the middle knuckle area to try to describe it. Much more comfortable that way and still effective. Not that that is "wrong" placement...there's no guidance as to how far they should go. So if you try them and you experience pain, maybe check to see if you wedged the gel pad all way down and raise it up just a little bit. Not so it's sticking out above your toes, but just so it's not jammed into the bottom of the toe well.
They clean easy and dry fast. And if you find them too sticky after cleaning, just use a little talcum powder and you're good.
Oh, also, when choosing what "brand" you want, just keep this in mind...a gel pad is a gel pad is a gel pad.... It doesn't have to be expensive, it just has to work. (The yoga instructor I follow has a brand of these, but you get a 2 pack for twice the price of these...but that 2 pack consists of two different sizes and you only need one, unless your feet change sizes frequently which they don't. So don't get sucked into the price-saving idea of 2 pack unless you can find one that is 2 of the size you actually need.)
So all in all, highly recommend. And just be patient with it. I started off at like 45 minutes of tolerance. And now I can walk around for hours. In just a week.
Pros
--helpful for foot appearance/helps to correct shape deformities
--makes toes stronger and more flexible
--inexpensive (but FSA/HSA eligible)
--can relieve pain and pressure from things like bunions and morton's neuroma
Cons (but not really)
--can be difficult to wear in shoes (might always be uncomfortable in some shoes depending on the shoe...like you aren't jamming your foot into a pointy high-heel in these. Need a wide toe box)
--can be slightly difficult to put on, especially if you have a hard time bending to reach your foot
--gel can be somewhat sticky (which you don't feel, not bothersome on the feet) which causes stuff to stick to the gel...fuzz from socks if you're in socks, but if you're not in socks? Be aware of what's on your floor when walking in these barefoot
Yoga toes is a more serious stretch, it’s hardcore.. you will feel it, you will get results. they are easy to put on, and you’ll feel it rather quickly, and they do take getting used to, and you only wear them a short time each day, but then you will also reap the rewards from the bigger stretch that you can honestly, totally feel doing its job. Over time, you WILL see the results. (I have bad bunions on both feet. My big toes were going in.)
This item here is great for stretch maintenance inbetween using Yoga toes, they are pliable and soft. Take care when putting them on, as they seem like they COULD snap with rougher care, but I’ve had no problem, just being careful, Is all. They are very stretchy, yet thinner material than the Yoga Toes are. (See my photos.) I love the feel though. I can walk with ease!
They are more comfortable, because they give less of a stretch, so you can walk around, which is convenient, but I don’t think on their own they will yield any permanent results. Any results would take much longer to see IF they did.
I think working in conjunction WITH Yoga toes (which I def. wanted the cheaper way out too, and thought I’d be returning the others), with these.. it’s not just for the name. You do get what you pay for with the Yoga Toes, and these too. I’ve kept both because I use the yoga toes every day for that hardcore stretch, and I’ve seen proof positive, and now I use these in between, and so I really swear by that combination as being an alternative to surgery, I truly do believe I won’t need it, thanks to these and those.
I can wear these longer, so it’s good to have some stretch in between the ‘big guys’. You can’t wear yoga toes all day, and you should not do so. I recommend only wearing them resting on a couch, watching TV or something. Start slowly, but I never wear them for more than an hour or two per day.. but you work up to it. They DO work!
These are more comfortable, but those are most effective, and together they get 10 stars, as surgery is not anything I want, nor does anybody. I have hammer toes too, and I’ve felt sooo much less foot pain after activity with my kids or just even too much walking, in my feet AND in my back.. it’s crazy!
I also have a third Amazon bought brand, they come with one to easily use in your shoes. The name is Eosxrp bunion correctors. I got them on vine, so those were essentially free (just tax), but they are good at protecting your bunions on the sides during footwear use. Thin and wearable in most any shoes if these prove too large for that for you.
These are well made, priced right, definitely will help, but get both these and the yoga toes if you have serious pain and/or other feet issues like myself. The combo seems to be the cure.. so far, so great here, and I’ll keep it going!
4 stars for these on their own. It’s a good brand, and if you can only buy one, inexpensive brand.. go with these. If you can afford the other or best yet both? Go for that! That is my highest recommendation if your feet started out bad like mine. (Bunions, hammer toes, pain in feet and back. It’s made a difference on ALL of them! )
I do recommend this product! For the price it is worth it!

*hope my review has been helpful :). The second photo shows you the stretch from the other. The pink Bodhi feet are shown on the left. They are highly comfortable for long term wear.*

I have feet that cramp a bunch...a BUNCH. I have numerous problems with my feet. These problems combine to make daily life challenging. I am not going to go into all of it but I became deeply depressed. I am 72 and want a life but my foot problems have prevented me from being and doing what I want to do with my life.
Long story short...I heard that socks with toe separators help significantly with cramping and general foot pain. They do! They honestly help me dramatically. I have problems with my feet that are not improved but these toe separators calm the cramping 95% of the time.
Then I found the Mind, Body Toe Separators and I love them. They are not as bulky as socks and it takes a bit of time to learn how to put them on but they are worth the learning curve. They offer relief just like the socks but are not as bulky.
If your feet hurt and cramp, give these a try. Your body will thank you!
