Totally helps avoid jetlag

I used this product to make a transition to North Africa. Worked great. When I had a trip to Thailand, which is 11 or 12 hours different (depending on daylight savings time) it worked well. I didn't have to battle the 3pm sleepy drop off or wake up at 3am feeling restless. I've recommended it to several people who have told me it was effective.

No Jet Lag!

I have this product twice - once for a two-week trip to Australia last year and once for a two-week trip to Italy last month. I took the product as recommended, and I did not experience jet lag after any of my flights, either at the beginning or the end of my vacations! I was surprised and happy with the results and I will use it again in the future.

Got up at 3 am, left for airport at 4 am, was delayed leaving Switzerland because of bad weather, so I missed flight in London, finally got to Dallas and then onto Kansas at 11 pm, the same day that I left, and crossed 7 international time zones, slept a few hours an$ was up and driving home from there the next day! I’ll use them again!

I used these on a trip to Greece. I was fine when I got there. I'm not sure if they worked or if it was a plecebo affect or the excitement of the trip but I did not have jet lag. I didn't take them on the trip home and I also, didn't have jet lag. They're good for piece of mind and to relieve your anxiety.

Skeptical but it worked

Full of skepticism I purchased these to take on a trip from the US going to Romania--I did a redeye on the way there and took as able when awake on the flight with an 8-hour layover in London. I had zero jet lag upon landing (Economy ticket so not good sleep on the plane) and was able to do a quick maniac tour of London before catching another commuting flight to Romania arriving at 1am. Immediately to bed upon arrival in Bucharest and woke up feeling just slightly tired. I dragged a little 2 days into the trip, but I think it was just hard to adjust to the time change and found it difficult to sleep when it was "nighttime" there. I had a 17-hour travel day on the way back to the US and I took as directed and will confess it made me rather gassy on the flight, but I felt zero jet lag the next day when I had to return to work. So, for a very quick turnaround trip with an 8-hour time change I think it was a success and will use on an upcoming trip to Greece.

I’ve bought this twice for my Europe trips.
On the way to Europe I was taking them, and it took 3 days to switch 100% to their time. But right away I didn’t not have a jet leg and felt amazing.
On the way back, I got convinced by someone that it’s a placebo and I didn’t take them. It took almost 4 weeks to go back to normal life.
On the second trip, I simply forgot to take them on the long haul flight and it was harder to switch.
On the way back, I took them as instructed and in 2 days I was all good to go.
