    The settings are awesome, eases tension and does reduce swelling. It worked well for maybe a week. The mat came folded but I would place it on top of my rolled yoga mats so it wasnt folded or had anything leaning on it, because I just figured that the reviews of the mat not working could have been an issue of storage or treatment. Nothing happened to this mat where it would break, I didnt stand up on it while using either. One day I went to use the mat I noticed I had to use level 9 where before I was using level 5 and it was intense for me. I charged the device used for the mat and used it another day and it was the same and I used the setting on level 10. The next day the mat stopped working. This mat comes with some patches that I now use instead of the mat, they still work at regular strength so the device seems to be fine but the mat is not working everytime I've used the patches since the mat stopped working I've tried the mat and it never works. I don't know what happened but it was great whole it lasted. If you don't mind using the patches this will be great. But I'm really upset about this mat, it's too much of a great idea to not work. Like it's a really great idea and feels awesome and the settings do what they describe, literally amazing. So why did it just stop working? ????????

    This product works great only one draw back, the remote won’t work . But for the price I’ll keep it because I’m not crazy about remotes.
    I hope it improves my neuropathy. After the first use I did notice an improvement.

    If you suffer from restless legs or aches and pain in your feet, this is a much MORE affordable option than the pricey tools! I bought for someone who is on her feet a lot and has a history of circulation issues. It is helping with the soreness from her standing and muscle aches at the end of the day.

    Love that it is super lightweight and the size is compact to easily take with you wherever you go too!

    It isn’t too intense (like a deep tissue massage) but provides a light tingly massage to target your pain points — just use the array of options to customize. Also suggest starting on the lower settings and working your way up to fit your needs!

    Idk why I waited so long to get one of these. They were usually a little too pricey for me but this one was a good deal. I have terrible neuropathy. My feet are practically numb and my calves are tight as well. I take pills for it but adding this in my arsenal has been helping me to tolerate the pain better. It has a bunch of different modes like massage and cupping, kneading, acupuncture. It has a remote and a booklet that’s easy to understand with all the benefits and directions on how to do it and for what you’re suffering with, which mode is best.
    I love this thing. I use a low level but it goes up to a high level which I’m sure is very strong since the level I use is pretty powerful.
    It has sticky things to attatch to your body, like your legs, back, arms wherever you need and then it massages those areas using the remote.
    Great buy, would recommend to anyone who needs a good massage.

    It has helped relieve a lot of the sharp pains I get from being ony feet all day or having to be in my car all day for work, that helps relieve the stiffness in my legs.
