    I was really impressed with this neck massager when I first got it. It was easy to use, comfortable to wear, and provided great relief from tension and stress. The massage nodes were powerful and adjustable, and the heat function was a nice bonus.

    However, after about 6 months of regular use, I started to notice that the fabric was beginning to wear down. At first, it was just a small thread or two that had come loose, but over time, the fabric started to tear and expose the underlying product.

    I’m really disappointed that the fabric didn’t hold up better, especially considering the price point of this product. However, I still think it’s a great massager and would recommend it to others - just be aware that you may need to replace it after a year or so.

    such good value - I nearly didn't purchase as I thought it couldn't be that good - but it is! the heat and massage is great. I move it all over my body, bit of fiddling around to get hard areas, but I always can manage it. very impressed with this simple yet effective tool to go in my PT box!

    This massager is great and good for all areas of your neck and back. I bought it specifically four my neck which had a lot of tension for sleeping incorrectly. It really did well relieving the tension. The loops which you put your arms through allow you to move and adjust as you are using it. Recommended

    I was really looking forward to getting the Massager. I used it and it's okay. I really did not feel the heat and it kept cutting off. My biggest thing that it's way to bulky and not a hands free usage. I cannot use it while I'm sitting and working . I will be returning. I saw another product of there's I will try.

    Honestly if you’ve ever sat in the massage chairs at any mall it’s pretty similar not sure what others expected???? it gets the job done psa don’t listen to the negative comments when the machine pauses it’s literally switching rotations???????? hope this helps word is bond

    ????????IT QUIT AFTER 6 MONTHS!!!????????It was so amazing this helped me feel so warm and relaxed on so many occasions. I am so torn on buying another because I feel 6 months isn’t enough life! I need this in my life PLEASE so much stress relief!!!!
