    I used this foot roller while working at my desk and it gets out a lot of my foot knots. I've used other in the past but the didnt get to certain parts of my foot with this type of good pressure. Good quality, affordable price, easy to use, design provides good pain relief especially with plantar faciatis or knots in the inner foot. Good buy and have recommended to friends.

    This is one of those simple, sturdy, well-designed and highly effective products that deserves its high rating. The plastic axle is solid, and the molded rubber sheath and nubs have just the right shape and flexibility to give the foot a good workout and massage without hurting. It can be used under foot while sitting or standing, depending how much pressure is desired. I don't suffer with plantar fascitis but my feet can become tired, stiff and achy by the end of the day. This roller can provide a quick fix without too much effort. Note that the rubber is a little sticky to the touch, which is desirable to prevent slipping on the floor, but this can also pick up lint and dirt. The instructions recommend washing with soap and water for a quick and easy rejuvenation.
