    As a physical therapist, I recommend this theracane so often. So many patients may not have the means to get a massage frequently, nor have a partner or person in their life that could give them massages.

    This device is helpful to relieving trigger point knots while maintaining good body ergonomics and without exerting a ton of force. That last part is important, without exerting a ton of force, as this helps you to relax while you're also kneading into those tight spots in your shoulders back, and anywhere.

    It has various knobbies so that you can use the larger curve for your shoulders and back, and the smaller curve for your biceps triceps and feet (just a fee examples) As well as a middle knob to dig into your IT band quadricep and side body.

    I like this product's material quality as it's very sturdy and doesn't give a lot like the name, brand theracane and other variations. This product also comes in two pieces that you can snap together, I've never needed to take it apart, it looks like it's not made to easily take apart, however, that's also an option if you are going to travel with it and need to make it fit into a smaller space.

    Because of the material quality it does not hold on to heat or cold and does not make any noises.

    Overall, I highly recommend this product, I use mine just about everyday to loosen up trigger points in my upper trap muscles, sub occipital upper neck, and feet. For the price point of $20 or so, I find it holds it value and lives up to it's hype.

    I never leave reviews, but this massage tool is fantastic! The design is simple, but well engineered- the little knobs double as massage points & comfortable handles when using other massage points. We’ve used it so much in just a few days! It’s a great help for working on muscles knots. And we use it while watching a movie or reading a book- so easy to use & so helpful!

    This thing is a life saver. It’s a two piece unit, so it’s very portable and can be stored in a luggage case if you’re traveling.

    It’s made out of a thick, durable plastic. I have no worries about this breaking.

    The nubs and points get really deep into your muscles, and it’s very effective at getting out knots.

    If you’re into fitness and weightlifting, you really need one of these.

    The benefit to a manual cane massager is that you don’t have to worry about excessive noise, battery life, and charging like you do with a battery powered massager.

    This is a great value of the money.

    Mw wife received this & used it for the first time 2 days ago. She gets a lot of knots in her back so daily I'm breaking down her knots because our massage gun went bad but I'd have to use it on her. Yesterday she brought it to work (she's a pre-school site supervisor of various locations) & had her co-workers try it out. They loved it. At least 3 of them are ordering one. 1 person told her to leave it at the center so everyone can use it & for her to order another one just for herself...lol!

    Light weight but hard so easy to use. Size is amazing because you can move your body in any position & it'll work. I don't see how this can't last a lifetime. Before ordering an expensive gun to massage you try this...excellent price, no help needed to get to problem areas, & like I said will last a very long time!!!

    I had a locked muscle in a hard to reach place on my back and this did the trick. It comes in two parts that lock together but is still solid enough to get the job done.

    This is an excellent device for knots and tension. For the past year I have been dealing with an on-and-off recurring headache problem. I've been trying a bunch of different things, but often pressing my fingers into the back of my neck has given me the most relief. The problem is that my hands aren't strong enough to massage the muscles as much as I'd like.

    This massager is wonderful. Because there's a hook design on both ends, it's easy to use the hook like a handle, and pull to apply more or less pressure when using it. The outside of this is plastic for sure, but the weight of it is really heavy and solid, so perhaps the interior is something different. It's the perfect weight for what I need. The size and shape can be a little awkward, because I often use it when lying on the couch, but only because my cat can't figure out how to cuddle with me while I use it, haha.
