1. Twist to remove base cover and insert 3 AA batteries |
2. Remove refill cap. Firmly push the refill bottle upright until you hear it click in, and the top of the refill is secured in place |
3. Replace the base cover back onto the device |
4. Turn on device with slider (blue light will flash), select intensity setting |
