I bought this for my five year old. I slept on it with her the first night and it was surprisingly comfortable even for my heavy body I didn’t feel like I was on the floor but it wasn’t tough either. Good quality and great price.

I bought this mattress because of the reviews, but honestly almost cancelled before it arrived because I thought, "how good can a bed in a box really be?" Well, let me tell you, this did not disappoint! First of all it said it takes about 72 hours to completely decompress, but really it only took less than 10 minutes! There was NO smell and it had the perfect amount of support for me. Not too hard and not too soft. My body feels so much better and I look forward to sleeping each night now after spending the past year on a Tempur-Pedic, which was not a good mattress for me. LOVE this mattress and my niece visited for a week and slept on it as well and also loved it!

I bought this mattress to replace the guest bedroom mattress at my mother's house, since I have to frequently visit. Because it's not my regular bed, I didn't want to spend too much money, but I wanted something that would be supportive but also cooling. This mattress offers both features. The edges of the mattress are a little too soft, especially when you sit on the side of the bed, but that fact doesn't take away from the support the memory foam offers once one is sitting against the headboard or lying down. I toss and turn at night, and so I tried the mattress on my sides, my back, and my stomach. All positions were comfortable. I don't know how the mattress will handle more frequent use, but it's perfect for my purpose.

its a good value mattress. I think it’s a true medium. It’s definitely on the softer side of medium. I wouldn’t expect this to last for years on end with daily use. I’d expect maybe 2 maybe 3 yrs tops. The materials just don’t seem solid enough to last…..but its perfect for a cheap bed or guest bed.

Amazingly easy to set up. Has a slight chem smell the minute you open it but it dissipates almost instantly. Very comfortable and light weight and quite, no noise at all. Seems to be very durable and performs well providing the support my kids needs.

Like many mattresses and pillows today, this came compressed into a very small package. It was wrapped up better than Fort Knox and actually took awhile to remove the layers and layers of tape and plastic envelopes. As soon as the air-seal was broken, it swelled up within moments. It is super light. It gives enough support while still being soft. I needed exactly an 8" mattress to bring the bed level to the ideal height, so this was a sensible purchase. I recommend this product.

We had to get my son a larger bed/mattress and he had been sleeping on an Ashley Chime firm mattress (full). It was firm and had better edge support. When replacing the furniture/mattress I could tell this queen size felt a little lighter than the full size. That would indicate a less dense foam in this mattress. It doesn't have the edge support either- sitting on the side and it sinks down, a lot. But, for my teenager this has been fine. He says it feels good and he sleeps good, so a good budget mattress. It did expand all the way though you may have to fix the mattress cover on the corners so it can expand fully- it may bunch up a little or get twisted. No lingering smells. We have this on a frame with slats and you can't tell by laying on it.
Please note that people complaining about lack of support are often talking about the thinnest mattress. Thicker foam = better support. If this mattress had been any more expensive it would be 3 stars.
