Complaint: They were damaged during shipping due to poor packing. They were in a pretty flimsy "ridged mailer" that was far larger than it needed to be, which made it floppier and more likely to bend. The mailer got banged up by other items in the box and the prints were slightly damaged. They were cheap so I wasn't motivated to return or exchange them. You can hardly tell now that they are behind plexiglass in any case.
I would recommend these prints even slightly damaged. They're pretty great.
