Bought two of these, one for guest bathroom and one for kids' bath. Great condition other than one that had teensy dent; weird since the shipping packaging had no damage, and it was clearly not a used product. But really not noticeable to anyone other than me. Definitely soft/quiet close, and it doesn't scoot across the tile floor when you step on the pedal. Perfect size and look for our retro bathrooms, which have metal sink legs, i.e., the wastebaskets are out in the open. Lovely finish, a soft/warm white, not bright/optic. Subtle, low sheen, not really matte. Huge plus to have removable plastic inner pail, as we not infrequently are frantically grabbing plastic wastebaskets for children with stomach bugs (sorry for the visual).
