It looks great, works great and really quiet. I was able to use it in church without disturbing anyone. Got compliments on how good it looked and the quietness. Kept me cool on the airplanes too.

This works as I expected based on reviews here and from The Wirecutter, where it’s the top pick. I found the middle of the 3 speed settings the most comfortable without being too loud.

Pros: it provides good cooling for my neck and face and helps all of me feel cool. The middle setting in particular is a good compromise between cooling and not being too loud. It lasts most of the day at thst setting before needing to recharge. Since I often work with a fan in me and my large screen tablet blocks thst fan from reaching my face and neck, this is a good addition to my arsenal of cooling products and it allows me to keep working, not needing me to hold it as my handheld misting fan does.

Cons: it’s fairly heavy and would,be annoying around my neck if I were being active, rubbing my neck if I am doing more vigorous housework. I’d still use it but it would irritate. The highest speed is fairly noisy and it can be heard in a call or onscreen meeting. It also dries my eyes out, something I hadn’t considered when I bought it and as I wear contacts this is irritating. It also takes a long time to recharge, hours longer than I expected. I was expecting to take about 2 hours or less and it took about 7 hours.

I’d buy it again with those caveats given that I don’t have air conditioning but it does have drawbacks.

I wear this around the house when I’m cleaning to stop myself from sweating profusely! It’s light and easy to wear, keeps a charge a long time, and definitely keeps me cool. I’m going to get one for my mom too!

The fan is lightweight, not noisy on the lowest setting and there is a right and wrong way to place it around your neck. The fan wasn't marked with either an L or an R or and up or a down that I could tell but I figured it out from the pictures.

Inside, where it's already cool, this is perfect so I can see hair stylists, pet groomers, front desk workers, etc using this fan for a little extra relief from personal tropical moments.

However, if you work outside like construction workers, dog walkers, landscapers, etc it will not do much if it's hot & humid.

I used it to walk the pup around the block yesterday afternoon when it was hot AF (quick potty walk for the pup and we stuck to the grass areas) it didn't really work. I couldn't feel the fans on the sides working like they had indoors and ones around the neck slightly cooled at the highest setting which means you cannot speak to anyone that you may be walking with or come across.

For the price, it's not bad but definitely don't expect to be cooled if this is to be used on a hot, outside, day. I was hoping it would be good to use outdoors but I do have places that I can use this indoors where I need a bit more comfort cooling.

Very happy with this purchase. It's quiet and the 3 power settings make it very nice. It's rechargeable via USB and the fact that it does not need to be plugged in to work is wonderful. I can do my house chores, go for a jog, walk my dog all while being completely comfortable! Highly recommended!

The only thing I don’t like about it Is that it only blows on part of the back of my neck, on the sides, but obviously not at all in front. But using this WITH A neck cooling ring keeps me much cooler at work then I had been, and definitely more comfortable. Perform well, charge less quite a while, Very portable, and very easy to use. I’m considering buying a couple more for friends and family who bike or do lots of activities outside in the heat.
