    She has been using the blanket for over a year now. I would say she uses it 4-5 times a week and has had zero problems. I have seen her use it without even plugging it I on occasion. It is comfortable and is warm without turning it on.

    I am a big heated blanket person as I am always cold. I wanted one bigger than a normal throw so i got this one in a larger size. The quality is great and it is so soft. I gave it 4 stars becuase the button on the blanket control is stuck so it is very easy to switch the temp on it, it can barely be hit and change. It is not a big deal for me as I had another heated blanket with the same connection so I just use that. Overall I love this blanket.

    Not too thick (so easy to line dry after gentle washing), lovely mink-y brown soft microvelvety fabric, heats up fast and has a 3 hour auto shutoff. Perfect for pets or to warm up cold feet or ward off a draft.

    It heats up.very quickly and gets very warm, I use it every day on the couch at night watching TV. It dies heat unevenly but that is ok I just move it around. The color is beautiful and the blanket is very soft. I like that the cord is longer

    Edit my review. This blanket had numerous cold spots. Only certain parts get warm which I get because of the cord but it is way too much cold spots. Not happy with it. The blanket itself is soft but I wanted a heated blanket not just a soft plain blanket
