    I have gone through many, many travel coffee mugs that have been listed as top picks on various authoritative blogs and websites. None of which listed my Owala. Here's what makes it perfect (and one suggestion):
    1. The sipping mechanism is flawless. No drips, smooth flow, and very easy to clean.
    2. It is genuinely a one-hand operation. Yes, the slider can be stiff...but that is a matter of strength and not poor design. Leakproof does require tightness.
    3. It fits into cupholders in my car with no jiggle. The slanted sides allow for a snug fit in various cup holder sizes.
    4. It keeps my morning coffee hot all morning.

    Now for the suggestion...some type of handle would be nice but with all the other positives its a small thing that a third party can help with.

    This is a gift for my friend and she loved it. It’s leak proof, beautiful color and easy to clean. She carries it with her everywhere. It is quite a small size so you finish a drink before it get cold.

    I am so happy with my purchase! Very sleek and it comes in several beautiful colors. I bought one to try for coffee and tea and quickly went and purchased two more. High quality and the drinks stay hot for hours! The slider option is great and ensures that there is no spilling. Easy to drink from and easy to clean. Perfect gift for the holidays!

    It's easy to open, a good size for travel/home, and feels nice to drink from without getting too much liquid at once.

    The insulated walls keep drinks cold all day but it doesn't seem to keep my drinks hot for more than a couple hours even if it's closed most of the time.

    This cup is perfect for a small coffee and it is perfect for being on the go. I am often throwing this in my purse and it has never leaked. Such a great versatile cup and keep your drink at the right temperature for hours.

    I absolutely love this cup. It’s easy to hold, fits in my cup holder in the car, and keeps my coffee hot for hours. With a very basic lid it’s super easy to clean. Plus the colors are so cute.

    I’ve tried BrüMate coffee tumbler with locking lid and simple modern. Those brands are great and all but this one right here is the BEST! The smooth sip truly is magical. I don’t know how to describe it but my coffees and teas almost taste better when I drink them out of this. On top of the smooth sip, the fact that it is leakproof is fully a game changer. My husband and I have two littles and they are always grabbing things. I love that I can just lock it and not worry. I’m also a teacher so it’s helpful at school because kids will come to my desk or accidentally knock it over and it doesn’t spill. Awesome coffee tumbler, I actually got another so I can have multiple. Worth it! You should get it!

    There is nothing wrong with the quality of this product. This brand is well known for good quality. But I found it to be too wide my hands and I found the slide on the lid extremely difficult to move. These were issues others had mentioned in the reviews but I hoped it would not be the case for me. I was going to return it but my husband said he would use it. By the way, I really liked the color.
