I really love fairy lights. But even among fairy lights there are some that are stupendous, stunning, awe inspiring.... and so on. The first clue was that the remote was a little different from the remote I get with other fairy lights. This one has dimmer and speed. The red hearts are on a different circuit and they can "beat' or "breathe" separately from the rest of the hearts!! You can also change the brightness and speed of all of this. And it's pure witchcraft when you get it just right.
This string of lights is a perfect gift for a child or a friend, or anyone who just loves fairy lights. I haven't decided where to put it yet. It's around my desk because I can't bear to not have it in sight right now. It's so gorgeous. There's nothing cheap or bad about this set of lights. The pink and red ones are faceted like diamonds, the pure white ones look as soft as a cloud. Whoever designed this deserves praise.
Update: I bought a second set. Both for safety in case I mess up the first set, and because Valentine's day is approaching. The logic of the beating/breathing hearts isn't the same this time. The red hearts weren't the ones breathing in mode 3. That's the mode I usually like best. So it's disturbing that some modes are the same and others are changed, including my favorite mode.
I reached out to BoHon and unfortunately they don't have a solution, although they did all they could to help me. Apparently which circuit is which is randomly assigned. OK I'm probably a little obsessed now, but I'm going to buy a third set. One of the three will go to charity so they can decorate with it. I don't want to return these and have them end up in a return center or maybe worse.
However, if you need two exactly the same, you might want to know that it may not happen. You might be limited to those modes that are the same for both sets. See my video for that. Some of them are the same but don't sync.
