I used these Waterglide 6.5 foot cool white fairy lights to make lanterns, and I’m pleased with the results!

I used Accguan Mason Jars, Colorful Glass Jars With Lids 12 oz (they are regular mouth although listed as wide mouth) along with lantern handles for regular mouth jars made by Mason Jar Lifestyle for my lanterns.

I taped the fairy lights’ battery packs to the inside of the jars’ lids so that the battery packs themselves aren’t visible. It’s hard to avoid changing the way I have the lights arranged when I turn them on and off using the tiny switch on the battery packs. Having the battery packs taped inside of the lids makes it a little bit easier to avoid messing up my arrangement.

I don’t like having to open the lid to the jar and fiddle with the on/off switch on the battery pack every time I want to turn the lights on. The double sided tape I used to adhere the battery packs to the inside of the lids isn’t very strong. I have to hold the battery pack firmly in place every time I want to flip the tiny power switch on or off. If a remote were to come with these fairy lights, it would make using and enjoying them a lot more user friendly. I’d pay extra for a remote.

In general, I would definitely recommend these Waterglide fairy lights. The only improvement I would appreciate would be for the manufacturer to include a compatible remote.

No remote but I love this LED lights. They are so.....bright. I love that the battery pack/on off but is so small which makes it easy to hide. I added one to a 2 tier serving tray and all you can see is the lights. You can't see the battery pack so it looks like the lights are made into it.

For the price I paid. They were pretty. The come with batteries and a little screwdriver. I don't know if it was the lights or the batteries but they died quickly. Still good for the price though

I bought these for Halloween to add them to my daughter’s costume, it only did they give me the desired look but they also lasted a long time. I also used them in a carved pumpkin since I had so many and some indoor decorations too. They probably will continue to work upon replacing the batteries but I have not tried that. I would rather buy them again and again. Since it is the right length they did not tangle and were easy to motor I to any shape. They were nice and bright and made my daughters outfit stand out!
