    Got this for myself, very excited for this new Steamer. Though it works well so far it not quite portable, here's why:

    Performance:
    Works well so far! It handles steaming tasks efficiently and delivers great results.

    Portability:
    While labeled as portable, it’s quite heavy and bulky. The added wires make it less ideal for lightweight travel. However, it’s suitable for special occasions like weddings if you have the space and weight allowance.

    Usage:
    Perfect for use around the house or apartment, where the size and weight aren’t as much of a concern.

    Overall:
    A solid steamer for home use or occasional events, but its bulkiness limits its travel convenience.
    Based on my preferences, the intended use, and my experience with this product, here’s my true rating ???? = 4.3/5

    I travel 2-3 times a month on business and often have to travel with dress shirts or suits. That means end up always having to iron my shirts and attempt to steam the suit with the iron (which never really works that well). This steamer is "kind of" a game changer. Kind of??? Well it works great on both shirts and suits, as good as my full sized steamer at the house. It takes the wrinkles out of dress shirts and make the suits wrinkle free. The problem is that it is still too large to fit into a carry on. Its fits fine into checked luggage, but I really hate wasting time to check and later claim a bag. I'll still give it 5 stars based on how well it works....but realize that this takes up a good amount of space in a carry on bag when travelling.

    I hate ironing clothes and usually just wear them wrinkled, but this steamer makes it quick and easy to look wrinkle-free and fabulous no matter where I am! This steamer is compact and travel friendly. The nozzle folds down and the cord is removable. I can tuck it into the pocket of my suitcase or place it in a small travel bag to put in my suitcase. The steamer heats up quickly and provides a good amount of steam - not too much to make my clothes wet and not too little to leave my clothes wrinkled. I can steam 2 - 4 items of clothing before I need to refill the water tank. I empty all the water out before I pack it up and haven't had any trouble with leaks or drips.

    The steamer works well and easy to use. It is light enough I can hold it in 1 hand and not get fatigued. The instructions are pretty useless, but the controls are intuitive and don't need a lot of explanation. The steamer comes with a little storage bag, but it is too small for the steamer to fit in so I don't know they sent it. Maybe its to hold onto the detachable cord? This steamer works great at home and anywhere else you might want to use it to get rid of the wrinkles on your clothes. The steamer makes a great and useful gift!

    This steamer works really well! My only piece of advice is that it did sputter a bit upon first use, so be sure to flip your clothes inside out. It left a tiny bit of white residue (that washed right off, but still).

    The main issue I have with this is that the "buttons" aren't really responsive at times. They are touch screen so there's not an actual button, but I couldn't get it to turn off very well when I was done so I just let it run for a bit until I could figure it out. Overall, a pretty good product though

I was surprised that it doesn’t leak or spit hot water like my iron does. The steamer is light enough for me to steam clothes one-handed and easy to store away when not in use. While I haven't taken it on a trip, its foldable design would make it easy to pack in a suitcase in the included storage bag. The power cable even detaches for added convenience. Just remember that it’s only compatible with 110V-120V outlets, so keep that in mind if you’re traveling abroad. The two steam modes (130° and 150°) let me adjust for different fabrics, like cotton and polyester. The fabric brush is nice to have because it makes wrinkle removal even more effective without pressing down too hard, preventing any shine or flattening. And if you're in a hurry, the quick 20-second heat-up time is a real plus! So, if you're looking for ways to save time, effort, and/or dry cleaning money, I recommend this garment steamer. I was able to get the white shirt in the photo wrinkle-free in less than 30 minutes with water left!

    I clearly don't have the patience to wait for steam to take the wrinkles out of something. I'd prefer to just use an iron. If anything good comes of this, I've been using it for facials!
