    I bought these to frame some 11X14 posters I've had since I was a kid. At first I was really disappointed because the plexiglas glass looked very cloudy. I'm sure it was in the directions but who needs directions for a frame? Well I do - I later realized there was a protective film on the plexiglas. Once that was removed, it was perfect. The frames are very light weight, easy to put together. They feel cheap but look good on the wall. I feel these posters are better protected.

    This frame was just what I was looking for, I couldn't find that specific size at any of my local shops but Amazon sure had it. It fits the art item that I wanted to mount exactly as needed. It has about 6-8 clips at the back to secure the artwork inside and when closed up it feels quite sturdy and secure in hand. The only slight con is that the protective "glass" at the front is actually made from plastic, which is ok, except it has this slightly smoky hue or overlay to it, which dulls the color of the artwork just a bit. But after a while, you get used to it and the art shines again. Overall it's a good purchase for the cost!

    I ordered the Medog 12x16 Picture Frame Black, Display Pictures 12" x 16" Set Of 1 Pack 12x16 Black Picture Poster Frame, Wall Hanging Photo Frame, Black, 1 Pack. I basically just ordered the cheapest frame I could buy since I didn't really care about the quality of the frame as I just needed to put a thin canvas picture inside of it. Like many other people, I realize the clear plastic cover actually has a film on both sides that you have to peel off so it looks clear and not cloudy. I honestly wouldn't have even cared if I didn't read about it as I looked at the listing again which it is written all over. It still showed my image fine with the film on. This is just one of the cheapest frames you can get and nothing fancy, but it does the job. My 12x16 canvas picture fits in it perfectly, and it's exactly what I needed, thank you.

    These frames were very affordable. They are however very flimsy. They were okay for what I was using it for. But if you want a frame with more quality I would suggest looking elsewhere and spend a bit more.
