I bought this chair sometime last year and don't really have any complaints. It's also my first gaming chair, but it seems to be on par with just about every other non-name brand gaming chair on Amazon that has the same features. Quite a few reviews mention that it's too small which I can understand. However, it's not a problem for me at 5'6" and 190lbs. It's true that the footrest doesn't extend as much as needed, but I have an additional footrest under my desk, and the one attached to the chair just adds an extra bit of support. I don't regularly use the massage feature as it is more like a vibrating pillow versus the way an actual massage chair works of course. That wasn't an important feature for me when I was deciding which chair to purchase anyway. Assembly was pretty easy. It's slightly involved, but at a level I would expect from any chair purchased online. I've spent entire nights (8+ hours) gaming in this chair and have to say it's comfortable enough that it never became an issue.

I'm gonna get straight to the point. The neckrest does not fit tallish people. I'm 5 '10 and its a bit uncomfortable. The backrest is also slightly uncomfortable, but that might just be my inexperience in gaming chairs. Furthermore, the chair is great for it's price. With all of the accessories, the massager inside the backrest, neckrest, lockable reclining and adjustable height, it's great, just gotta get past the slight size uncomfortability and squeaking from armrest. Definitely a decent chair.

This is a great chair I did have to take a piece of cushion and put it in the back rest because there was a lack of cushion and I was able to feel the metal bars behind the chair once I stuck a cushion inside since there was a zipper to open it it felt much better the chair does lean back but it doesn't lean back as far as other chairs do so if you want to sleep in it probably not the best the leg rest is not really a leg rest it's more like a footrest for when your knees are bent so it doesn't really go out so far but it is a good enough height to where your legs are up and not down the wheels have a steel base so you're not going to deal with broken plastic Wheels coming out and having a limping chair like most computer chairs do and the only negative is that the armrest gets unscrewed over time they could have done well with a stronger nut bolt on the inside I'm finding I have to tighten it at least once a week to keep the arms from wobbling
