    I thought I was going to go nuts this past hurricane Milton that passed us in Tampa Bay and cut out my power for over a week leaving me without my precious AC.

    (Note- those who know me know that you do not mess with my family. My money or my AC!!!)

    Anyhow, I was about ready to call it quits and pack up into any direction I could to find a hotel with electricity and luckily Amazon was still delivering during this time and I gave this a go.

    IT IS A MIRACLE.

    This design specifically includes a metal plate that rests on the back of the neck to help further with comfort adjustability and it helps to considerably cool you better - in my opinion.

    My husband has one of the name brand original as seen on TV devices that is just like this and honestly this one is way better. He even ended up having me order him one and he donated his to a co-worker and his job who joins him in afternoon walks and needed something to help in this Florida heat considering she had long long hair.

    She's in 7th heaven at the moment, my hubby's happy and I know I was finally able to do something besides lay still in a dark room and hope for the energy to kick back on. I still use this and it is a versatile item that can be used anywhere, taken on the go, is fast to charge and holds a charge for quite a long time.

    I was very impressed and I still am and I would highly recommend this product.

    I love this neck fan! It definitely works here being hot in Florida! It is powerful and does work well to keep us cool! It is lightweight around your neck. Very comfortable. It charges quickly..

    It gets the job done. Takes awhile to charge, and the charge does drain a little quickly. I noticed it works better when you don’t have an air flow around. I work in a factory with no climate control. So if the wind or a fan isn’t blowing then the air blows colder. My hair tends to hit the top of the fan and it makes a weird noise. I’ve never lost any hair to it.

    The neck fan works and moves a decent amount of air. It is adjustable with a hinge in the back, however, there is no ability to lock it into place once adjusted so if you move around at all the fan will open back up to its widest setting and will shift around.

    An important note is that the metal plates at the back of the neck are NOT actively cooled. They are just metal plates. There is a mild cooling effect just because it’s cold metal when you put it on but this effect quickly dissipates and the metal becomes warm.

    The fans are quite noisy so you will not be able to have a conversation with anyone around you while the fans are on.

    The fan isn’t too heavy so it doesn’t get uncomfortable to wear but again it does easily shift around.

    For the price point is not a bad option and the inclusion of a display for fan speed and battery level is nice, though of course you can’t see this display once you’re wearing the fan. It is a bit bulky so it will be obvious to those around you that you have a big loud fan around your neck but the appearance is overall well designed so it doesn’t look awful to wear.

    This is my second around-the-neck fan. I bought it because, unlike my older fan, the air goes around the back of your neck instead of just on the sides. It isn't too heavy and feels comfortable. I live someplace where it gets very hot and humid and I don't have a car so I can't go out to run errands without my fan and water bottle. Yes, it is a bit noisy but I'm usually plugged into my music so that doesn't bother me and there is always so much noise around me, I doubt that anyone else notices it. I'm usually OK with it on the second to lowest setting so the battery lasts long enough. It charges pretty quickly as well. In spite of the fact that fans often just move hot air around, the air coming out of this fan does feel cool. I definitely feel the difference when I turn it off. Being bladeless and not having to worry about my hair getting caught is a big plus. I use it at home, too. When I relocated and saw my electric bill after running the AC, I said enough of that! Using the fan keeps me cool enough and is so much cheaper. Definitely worth the price.

    I researched several fans for my child to take to sleepaway camp. I didnt want to spend a lot but I wanted the fan to actually work because last year I purchased one and it died on her. So I finally settled on this fan and it was a great decision because not only did it survive camp bit she uses it all the time to keep cool. While riding her bike, at the park, walking the dogs, etc. One charge lasts quite a long time. I would definitely recommend this.

    I bought two of these fans to take to outdoor sporting events. Along with cooling towels. I used mine for cutting the grass and doing yard work. It really helped to keep me cool while working. My only suggestion, if you’re working with it on, pay attention to where it is around your neck. Mine rotated while I was gardening and I didn’t know it. It fell off into the ground. But it didn’t break. I just know now to check periodically to make sure it hasn’t turned.
