This is really really nice for the price. It is plastic but looks like wood. It fit the painting properly and was easy to attach to the frame. A cost-effective way of framing something you don’t want pay too much for. I noticed some of the reviewers head mounted it backwards. If you’re seeing staples, you’ve definitely mounted it backwards. The gray is slightly more wood toned (brown) than I was expecting, but still really nice.

I did some paintings of my mom's dogs & cat in black and white for Mother's Day and these frames were the perfect touch! They come assembled, with easy to follow instructions on how to insert the canvas. I don't know how much protection they provide given there is no glass or any barrier to protect the canvas. Quality is nice. They are sturdy frames. I am not sure if they resist scratches. Overall great value! I saw frames of lesser quality in stores for much higher prices.

I ordered the grey wood frame and this is blue and natural wood.. looks extremely cheap and the quality isn’t good at all :( this is part of a gift so I don’t have time to order different.

This is a good and sturdy frame. However, the area that the actual painting sits isn't deep enough to cover sides that haven't been painted so blank canvas shows.

This is a really nice canvas frame that’s light weight. It fits my painting pretty well and was easy to install. My only complaint is I can see the Velcro stickers just a little bit in the opening between the frame and canvas. But you could probably but this on a better way than I did to hide that. I’d buy this again for sure.

Frame came assembled, looks sleek. I don’t mind that it has an obvious plastic look personally, but others might. Two things rubbed me the wrong way: they only ship one sawtooth hanger with a large frame (despite the instructions saying you need two), and the measurements don’t account for the width of canvas, so you can’t use this for a 16x20 canvas painting, as it is exactly 16x20. For me, I actually had two paintings that needed hanging, so I was able to use it for an oil on board, but no matter how I tried that canvas was not going in. I’m also concerned with cracking the frame attaching the hanger, as it’s plastic, the sawtooth hanger is metal, and there’s no soft material for it to go in. As I had to use this for an oil on board, I have no wood frame to attach the sawtooth hanger into. That’s going to be a dilemma for my boyfriend to figure out
