Came early in good condition, easy to put on, love the corner straps. There has been an odor, but it is wearing off. I uncover and air each day to help. I have had other pads that did the same so this wasn’t unusual. Very comfortable and so far has helped my back pain. It’s supportive and not too soft. I would recommend to anyone with back or generalized pain who needs support but doesn’t want their bed pad to swallow them up.
