The Loop Experience Plus Earplugs have become an essential accessory for my music-filled adventures. Here's why I highly recommend them:

Superb Hearing Protection: As a music enthusiast who frequents concerts, festivals, and nightlife events, protecting my hearing is paramount. These earplugs provide high-fidelity hearing protection, allowing me to enjoy the music while safeguarding my ears from harmful noise levels.

Exceptional Noise Reduction: With an impressive 18dB and NRR 7 noise reduction rating, these earplugs effectively lower the volume without compromising the clarity of the sound. I could still hear every note and beat with crystal clarity while protecting my ears from excessive noise.

Perfect for Music Festivals: I recently attended a music festival where these earplugs proved to be a game-changer. They worked flawlessly, allowing me to fully immerse myself in the music without any discomfort or risk of hearing damage. I danced the night away knowing my ears were well-protected.

Comfortable Fit: These earplugs are designed for extended wear, with a comfortable fit that doesn't cause irritation or discomfort, even after hours of use. The sleek black color adds a touch of style to my ensemble, making them a fashionable accessory for any music lover.

Extra Accessories Included: I appreciated the extra accessories included with the earplugs, such as the carrying case and cleaning tool. It's convenient to have everything I need to care for and transport my earplugs wherever I go.

Final Thoughts: If you're passionate about music and value your hearing, the Loop Experience Plus Earplugs are a must-have investment. They provide exceptional hearing protection without compromising sound quality, making them perfect for musicians, DJs, festival-goers, and anyone who loves to experience live music. Trust me, these earplugs will enhance your music experience while preserving your precious hearing.

5.0 out of 5 stars Extra mute is great for loud concerts

These are the first high-fidelity earplugs I’ve used for concerts and they do not disappoint. They greatly reduce the volume without muffling the music’s various frequencies. I consider the mute insert that comes with the Plus model to be essential for very loud rock shows — well worth the extra cost. The multiple sized tips make it easy to fit your ears. Case is secure and easy to slip in your pocket. Extremely comfortable. Great design. Very satisfied.

5.0 out of 5 stars Best audio quality of 4 I have tried
Reviewed in the United States on July 27, 2023
Disclaimer: I have SUPER sensitive ears, both when it comes to loud noise and having anything in them.
If I'm in an environment that is too loud, my ears buzz like a blown out speaker and physically hurt - so I couldn't go to any concerts or big sporting events. Even dance clubs and bars were risky.
I also cannot stand earbuds, they are physically painful to me immediately upon putting them in my ears. I can only use on ear headphones even for hands free (yes I look ridiculous). So when I talk about comfort, I'm speaking from that perspective.

I'm evaluating these earplugs based on using them at concerts/music festivals, where I still want to be able to hear.

Loop Experience Pro Earplugs
$40
I use these with the extra mute rubber on the loop. These provide the best sound. It sounds like someone just turned down the volume rather than muffling it, but still muted enough for my super sensitive ears.

Tip: if you don't mind looking a little bit dorky, try pointing the circle (loop) forward/in the direction you are looking, rather than tucked in your ear pointing towards your back side. I found the audio quality to be slightly better this way.

I/My ears cannot tolerate earbud headphones, so the fact I can tolerate these at all is a testament to how comfortable they are. But with my sensitive ears I've found I can't quite wear these for a full concert - so I save these for the bands/songs I care about hearing the most clearly. I use the SureFire for everything else. But if you ears are ok with any type of Earbuds headphones, I'd recommend just these alone.

SureFire EP4 Sonic Defenders
$15
Best comfort, but some of the higher tones get lost. Has a cap for the earplugs tube you can have open or shut to allow more or less sound. I tend to use these (with the cap closed) for most concerts until the band I came for starts playing, then I switch to the Loop for the better audio quality. If for some reason I was forced to choose to only use one set of earplugs, I would choose these. But also my ears are SUPER sensitive about anything being in them even in the slightest, it causes me physical pain. If you can tolerate any type of earbud headphones, I'd recommend the Loop Experience Pro Earplugs.

Eargasm High Fidelity Earplugs
$50
Didn't work for me, I couldn't get them in a proper position to seal and Stay sealed. They kept loosening and popping out (not enough to lose them but enough to lose all of the noise reducing effect). I don't use these at all.

EARasers Noise Cancelling Earplugs
$45
Most low profile, worked ok but not great, less comfortable than SureFire or Loop. I don't use these at all. Loop are cheaper and better.

4.0 out of 5 stars Great for listening to music while riding the motorcycle.
Reviewed in the United States on July 10, 2024
Very impressed so far with the experience plus. I used to ride with AirPod pros until my friends all got cardos. I bought the loop QUIET which ended up being too quiet. My music would be all the way up and hard to hear along with the intercom. I love that they were soft silicone though because they wouldn’t make any noise if they rubbed against the lining of my helmet.

After carefully considering, I bought the experience plus for 49 dollars. Slightly less noise cancelling, but at a level where I can hear traffic and my motorcycle at a pleasant level. Listening to music clearly was a big part for me. The experience plus’s are almost indistinguishable from having my AirPods in. My music is clear with all frequencies at a seemingly improved level. I love it.

Some advice: the silicone tips seemed to make the higher frequencies a bit sharp and unclear. I put the foam tips on and that fixed that problem. I’m very happy with it despite being reluctant to leave the electronic noise cancelling AirPods.
