I bought this particular outlet because of the higher current rating than most. Many outlets with USB ports put out 3.1A on the USB, this one is 3.6A for more power.
It was easy enough to install, however it is designed to require a hot and common for the outlets, and then another separate for the USB (or maybe it was a pair for each outlet port, tough to tell), so this required having to dig up some scrap wire and some wire nuts to pigtail in that extra connection. Not a huge deal, but if your prior outlet was like most, tabbed and only having a single hot and common to the outlet, you will need to do the same as I did and get some scrap wire and some wire nuts that didn't come in the package.
The charging power was great. Not as fast as an actual plug in fast charger for those devices that support it, but still better than a standard low watt charger, and not so much power that it is likely to hurt older devices. For comparison, I charged my Pixel2 from 10% - 80% in about 20 minutes. With the stock device fast charger, it usually takes about 15 minutes, and with a lower wattage common charger it would have taken closer to 35-40 minutes. So it works well and is very convenient. I know have a few of these on the fireplace mantle, on the kitchen backsplash, and on the kitchen island and the family and any visitors now have easy access to charging ports for their devices.

Able to charge my Fitbit, phone, etc.
Just a heads up, it does stick out a little more than other outlets. I kind of regret not purchasing the gfci version for my other gang.
