I've only had this unit for a couple weeks, and so I've not had a chance to use it extensively. However, it arrived quickly, well packaged and with clear instructions. I have tested it in a few places and it worked as advertised and was quite helpful in getting a wrench on a nut in a blind location (up behind a sink), and finding a lost clip that fell into a box channel on my truck. This is not 4K video but it is pretty good - clear and bright - and it's GREAT for the price. If you have need of this type of device, I recommend - at least so far.

I finally bought this inspection camera after realizing how often I thought to myself "this would be so much easier if I had an inspection camera". The DS300 had the right features for a few pending projects at the time (like removing a piece I dropped in the dryer filter opening without having to take the whole thing apart). I have used it a few times for car repairs where it is especially helpful when you drop a bolt in the engine compartment or want to inspect a cylinder & valves. The list of uses is long. The camera resolution is awesome and I love the size of the screen. I have used expensive inspection cameras at work and can honestly say I like this one better. Other cameras have articulating lenses that surely would be great for some jobs but I wanted to keep it simple and have not really missed that feature so far. With the second camera you can see off to any side by turning the cable. The cable is also stiff enough that you can point the front camera in the direction you want. The quality feel of the camera, cable, display and buttons are very good in my opinion. After about a year of use (maybe 15-20 projects) I don't really see any wear on the cable. Also was worried the wires might break with repeated bending of the cable but so far so good. I would buy this same camera over again.

Back when i bought this, it was working good. The camera is plenty clear to make out details in whatever you need it for. Plenty of length to reach just about anywhere. There for about a year i didn't need it much but needed it again and it was getting the blue screen for no signal. Contacted customer service about the warranty and i was amazed at how fast and easy it was to get a replacement, seriously. Hands down the best experience I've had on any online product ever.

I did not expect it to be this good. Fantastic video looking through pipes, and the lighting is excellent. The long cord is rigid enough to be able to control your camera on the end of it even when it is several feel embedded into some tight dark place. It does the job well. The only negative is the small hook that comes with it to put on the end. It is WAY to thin metal and bends way too easily, so if there is any resistance at all it simply bends and the thing you were trying to hook slips off. It is basically worthless. I suppose the other little things that go on the end will be just as bad as they are all made of the same type thin metal. But if you think of that little bag of accessories as a freebie bonus, you won't worry about it. The scope itself is really, really good. Holds a charge for a long time too.

This is my second camera from Depstech, I got it to replace a wifi-based model that served me very well through years of tough use. When this one arrived, it didn’t work—I got a NO SIGNAL message on the screen. I emailed customer service and they very quickly sent a replacement, which has worked perfectly. They even followed up by email to make sure all was well with the replacement. The camera is super useful and a great value.

Likes- that monitor is part of the unit. Dislike that the camera cable is hardwired to the unit and will probably eventually break at that stress point. Like it will show an image across the room. Dislike, the closer you get to the image it blurs out from the light. Dislikes- 1. you cannot round a slight bend. 2. Mine came in a box not a carrying bag or case. 3. and this is important, it doesn't want to switch to true image orientation, it's showing me a backward image which is confusing compared to my other scope. I do like the very thin camera. Would I put it in water or any fluid? NO. I'm on the fence about returning this because of the mirror image and inability to get a true orientation even at short lengths. UPDATE: The company provided a refund for this camera through Amazon quickly.
