Seems to be very sturdy. The lights show up very well even in a lighted room. It's big too: over 16 inches long! I just received mine, so I don't know how long the batteries last. Very nice piece!

Our grandson requested a blue eyed skeleton fish for Christmas. We searched everywhere before we found this item. Absolutely perfect! He is going to be so surprised! It arrived six days ahead of predicted delivery and before Christmas! Much larger than we expected and it glows! So excited to gift this and see his reaction.

Really cute halloween decoration and great quality in all but one place. The only irritating thing is that the ball for its fin ray light kept falling off at the slightest bit of jostling right out of the package so, I hot glued it on with a mini low temp and it's totally fine now and can take a small fall like the rest of the fish. I hung these in my windows and have cats so the durability has been well tested and they passed.

Just as pictured and came much sooner than estimated. Would have been better if the light had an on and off switch instead of a button. Will have to tape it down for halloween
