    I got this to replace my old set up for grommets. As a professional handyman, I occasionally have need to insert them to various materials for temporary and long term projects.

    In my first use case for this tool on a temporary project,I needed to install grommets in a rubber traction runner on a deck/ramp.

    The different swappable tool inserts are magnetized and hold the grommet parts in place very well.

    The tool itself is very easy to grasp and squeeze together. With it, I was able to cut a hole through and install multiple grommets into a ⅛" thick rubber sheet so as to be able to use screws to fasten it over a wooden deck/ramp so that the runner can later be unscrewed, then rolled up and used again elsewhere.

    I was fixing a gazebo cover and this thing worked like a charm. If you go to home improvement store they are way more expensive. Quality built and way more grommets than I will need so for now I don’t see an issue finding replacement grommets.

    Every once in a while a grommet will not fully punch but even when it does it still holds just fine.

    I needed to put grommets into the panels of my carport. The grommet tool that I had was not easy to use and the grommets were small.
    This tool is perfect. The mandrels are magnetic and that really makes it easy to use. This punches the hole and sets the grommets all at the same time. The handle is good and comfortable. Puts a lot of pressure on the grommets. Crimps them perfectly every time. I am very happy with this tool. There is a manual hole puncher if you have thicker material to install a grommet into.

    Bought this tool to use on a car cover. I needed to add some tie down points to the front and rear of the cover to help during windy days. The tool was easy to use, worked well and I had no issues. Order was easy, shipping was pretty fast around the holiday and I will keep it for any future needs.
