    The hooks are evenly spaced and stay in place. The top hanger hook spins in the little cylinder. One spun more smoothly than the other so I might need to use a tiny bit of one 3-in-oil on it but it's closed on the bottom so it won't drip. It looks like the hooks are probably welded and then plated. Seems pretty solid. I'm using it to hang a bunch of light tank tops

    The only way this could be better is if the hook thing rotated. It seems very sturdy and handy. It’s just difficult to use with the hooks being in a fixed position. So the items hanging on the far side are less accessible. It’s a brilliant idea, though.

    I use this to hang my wet bras on (I do not put my bras in the dryer- it ruins the elastic).
    It is very sturdy and would hold many bras.
