Clear cast acrylic sheet has glass-like clarity, excellent optical qualities, waterproof, weatherability, and UV resistance, which is tougher, more sturdy, and lighter than normal glass. KAITELA plexiglass panel is cut by laser, with clean edges and no chips.
These cast acrylic sheets have superior material properties such as higher hardness, long-term use without yellowing, no melting point when laser cutting or engraving for laser safety, and sublimation. Safe and non-brittle acrylic board is widely used in many indoor or outdoor projects, it's a plastic material with excellent performance.
KAITELA transparent plexi glass sheet as signs can be personalized directly with an oil-based pen, paintbrush, or vinyl. In addition, it is also easy to process using a laser/ table saw/ jigsaw/ drill/ CNC router/ CO2 laser/ circular saw.
1/8 inch thick acrylic sheet can be well used for DIY projects, such as crafts, display cases, art protector, handcrafts, laser engraved signage, anniversary sign, wedding signs, invitations, gift & cards, menu, painting palette, artwork, picture frame, windshields, window glass replacement, shelving, home décor, animals enclosures, epoxy molds, tabletop protector, platform, etc.
It measures 8 x 10 inches with 1/8 inch thick (0.118" / 3mm nominal). Please remove the protective paper on both sides of the acrylic piece before use.

    Sturdy, packaged PERFECTLY with protective sheets on each side. I use these to make silicone molds. They take hot glue so well. A quick spritz of alcohol and the hot glue pops right off. Easy to clean. They were perfectly and exactly the same size with straight edges.

    The media could not be loaded.
    The size worked great for my China cabinet that was missing shelves. However they could be a little more sturdy. They are bowing in the middle to the weight of the glassware. I’ll need to place something lighter on top of them. They solved my problem.

    With other brands, it takes longer to peel off the backing paper than to run the laser. Sometimes far longer. Other brands create more smoke and more stank.

    With this product, the paper peels off easily, and my K40 is able to cut and engrave it just fine with minimal smoke and no stink. I used to get complains for cutting one panel. I did eight of these over the weekend and not a peep. Don't get me wrong, I used good ventilation and exhaust fans, but the other stuff leaves a hovering stink even with the ventilation.

    These acrylic sheets are thick and very sturdy. I had to bend them with a heat gun for a specific application, so perhaps a thinner one would have been a little easier , but I really like to weight and quality of these. Good value for the money

    Idk what everyone else uses these for, but I cut them down and turned them into clear book covers for a Japanese stab book. So far they haven't scratched, even from being handled like a book, and they're crystal clear. I originally was going to use glass for the covers, but it was just too fragile and impossible to drill holes into, so the acrylic worked wonderfully - achieved the same look without nearly as much expertise needed. These cut easily and cleanly on a band saw and can be drilled through with a regular drill bit for wood. If I ever make another clear book, this will be my go-to for the covers!
