    I've tried a few different brands, and this is the one I keep going back to. Not sure if it's the added Nano Liquid Gold with ORMUS minerals or it's just stronger methylene blue, but this stuff really has a kick!
    FIRST TIMERS START WITH LOW DOSE 1 or 2 drops the first day, then work your way up slowly! If you take to much it will make you feel weird (light headed, increased heart rate, and BP).
    I've been using for about 60 days, I take around 20 drops in my morning red bull. The nootropic effects last me 5 to 6 hours. I like this better than stuff like alpha brain or brain force. No negative side effects so far other than blue green urine...

    I wouldent know how much of a improvement to my health yet I just recieved it.BUT it was well packed quality containers (glass) I don't like plastic containers for anything but for somthing health related glass is quality, so far I'm happy with the strength and quality and I've felt better waking up but that could be from anything or from my ordered items,..thanks

    Great !! And if you mix it with 1/2 tsp to 1 tsp ascorbic acid and warm water, it will not stain your tongue.

    I read a book about Methylene Blue, and thought I'd try it. The claims involved repairing the cells mitochondria, and in so doing increase the energy output of the cells. A bold claim. So, a 65 year old gave it a try. (me). I was surprised to find that with a small daily dose 10-15mg, I felt more energy both mentally and physically. This was not the jittery force release of energy experience with excessive coffee consumption. It seemed like thinking and move was just easier. I had more energy available to me on demand. This is what I'd hoped for based on the claims. I recommend buying the book by Mark Sloan, and try a 20 to 30 drop (10-15mg.) dosage for a week. It made me a believer.

    The Methylene Blue with gold is great for clearing up brain fog. Usually, I walk in the morning. By the time I walk about 20-25 minutes, my brain starts to clear up. Not with this product. I took 20 drops (10 mg) in the morning. From the beginning of my walk, my head felt clear. Unfortunately, this stains my mouth and my teeth, making me look like a Halloween character. I tried using a small straw. It still stained my mouth and my teeth. I tried using the dropper to drop all the way near my throat area. It still stains somewhat even though it is not as obvious. The stains last a few hours. I want to try something else that does not stain.

    Only takes one or two drops to get the results, which are a clear head, mental alertness and increased energy levels, as well as a blue tongue and green excrement! Great product.
