    This is the brand of methylene blue I started with and seems the best in comparison with other brands. I've been using a smaller bottle but I use it in skincare and healing for myself, coworkers, friends and my cat. so decided to go for a better value with a larger bottle to refill a smaller one. The visible results erasing inflammation and spectacularly speeding healing are very impressive when I take it it gives me clear-headed energy and vitality but doesn't get in the way of being able to think or sleep or anything like an energy supplement might do.

    This is a tincture so you mix it with water before taking it, tinctures do tend to work quickly. I took this for a few months and was so run down (I'm dealing with a number of health issues) this gave me a little clarity & a little more energy but I really needed more so I switched to the pills. I can recommend this for anyone looking for a pick me up but I have 12 diagnoses (95% are invisible with chronic pain) so the pills are better for me.

    Noticed a positive shift in cognition. Majority of subject matter experts agree in low doses it is effective mitochondrial support, metabolic health, etc. I'm on board with a low dose regimen for now.

    I’m not sure…. This product definitely has a distinct odor that others I’ve purchased hasn’t. You could definitely use it to tie dye.
