    The knife feels sturdy and comfortable to hold, and the blade’s durability means it stays sharp longer than some metal counterparts. However, keep in mind that ceramic blades can be a bit brittle, so they’re not ideal for very tough materials.

    I love the ceramic blade. It is super helpful for all the Amazon boxes we are constantly receiving. It makes opening boxes a breeze. I like it a lot better than the metal blade box cutter. It doesn't seem to go dull as quickly.

    Gets he job done though. I do have a plastic putty knife that cuts better, lol.
    This is good for an elderly person that does not understand how to hold objects safely
    while cutting them up, but if they are already used to a sharp metal blade, they
    might not like the extra work that needs to go into cutting with this one.

    I honestly think this one works better than normal metal box cutters, and it’s cheaper and SAFER! Much better knowing I’m not going to cut myself when opening something. I use this all the time and it works perfectly!

    Very nice cutter for packages but since you have to hold the blade out by pushing on the slider, it MUST be held one specific way and it can be awkward. Otherwise, it works well.

    To me, this is the best tool for opening up packages. Although the blade is just plastic, it does the job. Plus, since the blade retracts, it is safe in a drawer. Much better than a razor blade or knife to open up a package. Highly recommend!
