I recently purchased the Crystal Prism 6 inch triangle and I'm completely in love with it! The crystal prism is of excellent quality, beautifully crafted, and creates stunning light refractions. It's the perfect size to display on a shelf, table, or desk and adds an elegant touch to any space.

Fantastic prism. Spectral sunlight is enchanting. Manufacturer: Would it be possible to design a silicone base plate to put the prism into? The prism is glass and chips easily if knocked over. It stands vertically and is easily knocked down by hands, pets, and breezes.

I bought this prism in June 2022 to show some young family members how light dispersion works. The prism was flawlessly made and came in a nice gift-quality little box. I was astonished to see that in bright sunlight I could generate a 6” x 6” or larger rainbow pattern of rich saturated colors. Beautiful! I’ve already purchased a second prism as a gift. Buyers who say this prism does not produce colors are not using it correctly. Sunlight is required because artificial light doesn’t contain all of the wavelengths, and LED flashlights produce mostly blue. The location of the spectrum band is dictated by the sun’s position in the sky. Around noon is the only time the colors will appear near your feet; earlier or later you will have to look at the color bands on a nearby wall. In the accompanying photo the color band is about 6 feet away from me and the sun was high in the sky.

It works with sun light to create a rainbow. However I couldn't get it to work with those LED flash lights. It may be because the LED flash lights have a different color spectrum.
