There's no real way to determine if it is cat 8 as I don't want to cut the cable open to check XD However on my gigabit network I'm getting full gigabit speed, I'll rate 5 stars in a few years when my home network is 40Gigabit speeds XD, the overall cable feels good to the touch, seems like decent quality, gets the job done.

I recently purchased this Cat7/Cat8 Ethernet cable, and it has far exceeded my expectations. The build quality is truly superior, with a sturdy and durable design that feels like it will last for years. The connection is fast and reliable, providing a noticeable improvement in my network performance compared to my previous cables.

The only regret I have is not purchasing a longer one. The length is slightly shorter than I would have preferred, which limits where I can place my devices. However, this is entirely my own oversight and doesn't take away from the exceptional quality of the cable itself.

I love this brand’s Ethernet cables they are really nicely made,black in color with the gold plating connecting ends adds a nice touch, I love the really long lengths these come in and they are one of the only high quality cat8 or cat7 cables you can buy. They also work super well, they are lightweight and due to the length very flexible and versatile to use in any setup. I only buy this brand of cables now.
