I bought these for my 6 year old grandson who is interested in science. This set of slides offers a variety of things to look at, and I especially like the fact that they are plastic. Glass slides would be too sharp and dangerous.

My daughter found a microscope at a thrift store and my grandson was just so excited. We got these slides for him to see all the different stuff. It jeeps him entertained right now. Hopefully he'll start wanting to investigate more as he gets a little older. For now, these are made well and have a great variety.

First off I loved this product, especially for the price, after searching all over this set had the most variety for the best price. The slides work perfectly with standard microscopes as well as the childrens microscope pictured above. One of the best things about these is how they are made of plastic instead of sharp, breakable glass. My only qualm with this product is how the slide are packaged withing the boxes, it's very difficult to get them in and out, however if you have a slides case or container you keep your slides in this isn't a problem, I think if the company were to package them better the price would suffer. Overall this is a great product especially for gifting. I hope they come out with more varieties in the future for me to purchase, one with human skin cells would be cool????‍♀️.

These slides are plentiful and good for the cost. I like that they are plastic for the sake of safety. However one of my slides didn't have a sample on it, and the adhesive on the slides is basically a lower quality tape, which has plenty of airbubbles around the sample itself. This can make it hard to look at under a microscope

The wife and I enjoyed looking at these just as much as our daughter. Good quality. We used a small microscope to view them and it works well. The glue is sometimes a little fuzzy but I have not seen any issues with the specimens. I highly recommend!

This was a nicely packaged collection. My primary issue is that not only would more everyday relatable specimen’s have held my primary school niece’s attention better but quite frankly my own! She likes science and I was very excited to delve into the slides so I was personally disappointed by an entire box of blood and other subject the average person would have less interest in exploring. ????‍♀️
