Ordered this for a co-workers glider. He discovered they were too big, so I decided to cut into chucks and made a container Damascus blade. Absolutely gorgeous!! Sorry for no Pic, the blade sold way too fast!

The diameter varied between 0.1254 and 0.1258" - this is probably of no significance for most uses.
Also, the ends of each rod is flared outward slightly.
Not straight - deviation around 0.05", again, probably of no significance for most uses.

I needed to replace the operating shaft in a couple of garden tractor hydraulic cylinders. The old ones had dings and one had a terrific amount of surface rust. These stainless rods are the perfect size and shouldn’t have the rust problems in the future. All I need to do is get them threaded properly on each end.
